Cons:

The staff assigned us a room on the 6th floor. However, as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridor. There were about two rooms with their doors left open, and even inside our room, we could still smell it slightly.

We went down to inform the staff and asked them to come up and check. The staff mentioned that the smell was coming from the neighboring building and said it would eventually go away. However, we found this unlikely and assumed that the hotel may have placed us on a smoking floor.

After that, the staff moved us to a room on the 10th floor. The room itself was clean and in good condition, but the bed was very firm, the pillows were flat, and the windows were not soundproof at all. We could hear emergency vehicles passing by several times, as well as people shouting outside.

The following morning, we decided to check out and forfeited the remaining night of our stay.

Die Lobby oder halt kein Lobby! Kein Raum wo man sitzend konnte ! Kein Kafffe oder Tee zum trinken!!

The rooms were sized well and laid out well for the space, the bath facilities were excellent and the breakfast was great

The location feels like it is surrounded by some sketchy things like host clubs and massage services but it was fine

Rock hard mattresses, uncomfortable pillows that felt like cement, poor insulation in walls and loud street noises (4th floor room 407 on a Saturday night)

温泉が気持ち良く、嫌に感じることがなく快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

近鉄難波駅から少し距離はあるものの、街の雰囲気を楽しみながら徒歩で迎えました。
1Fにはコンビニを併設、道頓堀にも近く飲食や買い物には困りません。
温泉を含め施設全体として衛生面、安全面、が保たれていました。
朝、日差しが差し込む13Fの温泉は湯けむりが立ち昇り、まさに ”朝霧の湯” 。
朝食メニューも大阪名物から和洋折衷、満足です。
都会にいながら少しほっこり出来るお宿です。

Cons:

ホテル内の自販機が現金使用だったので持ち歩く必要がありました。
ルームチャージできたら楽だなぁと思いますが、良くなかった点というほどのことではありません。

Pros:

The hotspring baths were lovely! Very clean, great temperature, low chlorine smell. We enjoyed relaxing in there after big days walking around.

Cons:

The pillows on our bed were really poor quality, lumpy and uneven which gave us sore necks by the morning. Was a shame cause the bed itself and the room were great.

Ok perustason hotelli. Onsenista plussaa! Oli mukava viileän kaupunkipäivän jälkeen. Aamiaista ei hotellissa syöty. Voisin ihan hyvin tulla uudelleen. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
