Below average. The hotels needs upgrading and fitted with air-conditioning.
Pros:

Breakfast - V. Good

Room - Adequate.

Location - Would have been good if no road works been effected.

Cons:

Lack of advice re road works which hampered finding the hotel and lack of parking lot to enable discharge of luggage.

For en natt helt greit.
Pros:

Personalet var veldig hyggelig og beliggenheten veldig bra. Nær togstasjonen og bykjernen.

Cons:

Heisen virket ikke, men vi kunne sette koffertene inn i den. Rommet i 3 etasje hadde veldig små vinduer høyt opp på veggen. Det føltes innelukket å ikke se ut av vinduene. Veldig varmt. Burde vært AC i stedet for liten bordvifte.

Lovely old hotel, good location, staff we interacted with were great. Gentleman in bar so helpful.
Pros:

Location, historical, staff (front desk, bar), linens, beds, decorations, help with trying to manage parking (road to hotel closed due to construction ) and trying to find us a fan! Gentleman working in bar used our map to show us specifics to get to where we wanted to visit and distances we should have expect. He also shared more hex about Jane Austin.

Cons:

It was extremely hot, probably more so on the 3rd floor! Squelching! But it is an old hotel which I like, so no air conditioning, which I understand. With hot temps and global warming... that also is beyond their control. We had a fan and front desk assistant, worked hard to find us a 2nd fan. Plus the lift had stopped previously and a guest was stuck. So we could put our luggage on but not ourselves. So totally understandable, we were perfectly capable of climbing the three flights... and we did not have to drag our luggage along!

Pros:

Bien placé, en plein centre. Possible de tout faire à pied. Déco sympa, très « British ». Accueil très agréable.

Cons:

Escaliers très raides (l’ascenseur était en panne en raison de la chaleur). Salle de bains défraîchie. Chambre très chaude (pas de climatisation).
Le parking plein alors que nous avions réservé une place (il y’a avait heureusement des places dans le parking de la gare, à quelques minutes à pied et au même prix : 16£ pour 24h).

Gute Lage mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, am Bahnhof und Nahe am Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping Mallorca.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Keine Klimageräte, die Matratzen bereits durchgelegen. Generell bräuchte das Hotel eine rundum Sanierung/ Renovation.

Pros:

Strålende beliggenhet, atmosfære og god frokost.

Cons:

Det var forferdelig varmt (32°C), og rommet samlet all varmen, det hjalp ikke å åpne vinduet og ha på vifte. Dessverre ødela dette oppholdet da vi besøkte under hetebølge.

Ubicación excelente frente a la estación de tren, el desayuno igualmente excelente al 100% y la habitación correcta y bien, agradecer el detalle de las botellas de agua. El personal super amable !! Un hotel excelente en todos los conceptos.

Great location opposite railway station, great value for money and lovely friendly and attentive sta
Pros:

Attentiveness and friendliness of all staff members.

Lovely breakfast choice with several unusual choices.

Lovely comfy bed and super comfy pillows

Cons:

The unfortunate issue that the lift wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor (something beyond the control of the hotel and we just accepted as just one of those uncontrollable issues but the staff were very apologetic about it and offered alternatives and help taking luggage to room etc)

Creaky floorboards ( accept it's a listed building but floorboards in bathroom didn't creak ( and had new flooring) so perhaps bedroom area issue could be dealt with?)

Pros:

The staff was very friendly at all times

Cons:

There was a small smell of mould in the room, although it is normal because it is an old building, it is the only thing that I dislike about the place, the rest is excellent
