Good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location excellent, right outside station so we could drop our bags, staff very friendly, beds comfortable.

Cons:

In need of an update, bathroom very small and dated. We arrived in a heatwave and room was far too hot to get changed in as curtains were wide open to the sun and window only opened an inch! There was a fan in room which helped, but had the curtains been closed then it would have kept some of the direct sun out.

Comfortable and wonderfully located
Pros:

Very central location, easy to get to and from the train station and most local attractions by foot. The staff are lovely, the on-site breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean

Cons:

The property is definitely a bit dated — one of the taps in my room didn’t work properly, and the curtains didn’t fully cover the window at night. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room, but also no way to securely fix the window open. The elevator was regrettably also out of order when I arrived due to the heatwave

Lovely hotel but not during a heatwave!
Pros:

Location was excellent, room was a great size.
Staff were very kind and apologetic for their limited ability to deal with the heatwave.
The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Due to the heat wave*
Elevator wasn't working for guests (for safety) though it could take luggage.
There was only a small fan per room which didn't do much. Sweated all night so no real rest.

Pros:

La ubicación, atención del personal,desayuno .

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaba el ascensor, ola de calor y pedimos un ventilador adicional dado que era muy pequeño el que había en la habitación,no nos lo dieron. Olor alfombra humedad en el pasillo y en la habitación.

Run down hotel , lifts were not working, walking showers not provided for my elderly wheelchair using mother , it was extremely hot and not proper cooling available in Rooms

I should have left and got another hotel .
Pros:

The only thing I can say is its location to train station is convenient and walkable to tourist sights .

Cons:

We were not informed the elevator doesn’t work . Handicap person this hotel is a disaster of trip hazards . Staff did not help with luggage. Stairs were very difficult to manage . Rooms were very hot I felt like I was being baked in an oven . Also not informed of street being blocked off due to roadwork . A complimentary drink does not make up for all the hassles and stress we endured.

Stop over
Pros:

Lovley Hotel, friendly, very helpful staff, very clean, ok for a stopover, or few nights as next to railway station, had to have windows open ,so warm, be fine in winter months, would stay again if short stay:)

Cons:

Just noise ,couldn't be helped.

Muy buena ubicación, excelente el personal.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal siempre estuvo muy atento asegurando que estuviéramos comodoa. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de lugares para ver y cenar. La verdad fue una estadía hermosa.

Cons:

Es un edificio viejo y el agua caliente para la ducha nos costó regularla pero nos ayudaron desde recepción y resolvimos.

Great stay, best location. Will stay again.
Pros:

Location is perfect which is why we go back every time in Bath.
The staff are so friendly and go out their way to help.

Cons:

It’s an old building and has the quirks that go with it. For example slow hot water. But wasn’t an issue we expected it.

Not the best, this hotel has obviously seen better days and one piece of wallpaper was different to the rest! Obviously

Pros:

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and great location.

Cons:

The restaurant was not accommodating. It was closed most of the time during our visit. We were also turned down for breakfast even though it wasn't busy.

Great location and very comfortable.
Pros:

Perfect location for the train station. Very good food and very clean. Lovely shower and a very good coffee tray in the room.

Cons:

The bedroom needed a little freshen up in terms of paintwork etc but it was very comfortable and clean.
