Great location
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was comfortable although it was a little cold as the heating wouldn’t work. Room had shower gel soap tissues nice towels. Coffee and a good selection of teas. Biscuits and a little late night mint. Food in the restaurant was OK but staff were excellent.

Cons:

I phoned the hotel the day before and was told everything was good and I had parking available. When I got to Bath and rang because I couldn’t find the car park to the hotel I was informed there was only parking for 6 cars and they were full. I had to park in the multi storey and incur £41 in charges. Had I known about the parking I would not have stayed there and booked a hotel with parking even though I might have cost more! I found a tablet by my bed on the second night I was there which had a had a child could have been dangerous- but where did it come from.

Pros:

We loved the proximity to the train station and the town centre. We also liked the sense of history throughout the hotel. The room was warm and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very nice. The hot choices are cooked to order which was great. The staff at the reception desk were friendly abd so were the cleaning staff.

Cons:

There was nithing to not like.

Zou hier zeker terug komen
Pros:

Mijn 1 persoonskamer was charmant ingericht. Het bed was perfect.

Cons:

A convenient and classy hotel with good restaurant food.
Pros:

The hotel is right opposite the station and in walking distance of the main sites. My room, though small, was beautifully decorated.

Cons:

I found it hard to get hot water. Boiled a kettle in order to wash. Fortunately I didn't need to shower. It might have been a problem if I was staying longer.

Comfortable and cosy. Excellent breakfast . Perfect location.
Pros:

Location couldn’t be better for city and train station .
Breakfast was excellent . Great choice of hot and cold including fish . Beautifully cooked and presented.

Cons:

We were originally given an old outdated tatty room but as soon as I mentioned this to reception we were immediately moved and upgraded to a new room . ( which I think most rooms have been refurbished ? ) I would still stay here again .
