Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Weilburg
Pros:

Nettes Personal. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher in einem Nebenraum abgestellt werden. Ruhige Lage trotz Bahnhofsnähe. Altstadt von Weilburg ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück.

Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen, da der Preis in Ordnung ist und das Frühstück auch.
Pros:

Gute Lage für meine Fahrradtour.

Cons:

Ich musste sehr weit zu dem mir zugewiesenen Zimmer laufen und viele Treppen hoch steigen.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert. Der Zustand des Hotels lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zudem hatten wir noch ein Zimmer erwischt in dem vorher geraucht wurde. Es lagen noch Kippen hinterm Fensterbrett, das geht gar nicht. Offensichtlich hat das Thema Hygiene und Bereitstellung der Zimmer nicht die höchste Priorität in diesem Hause. Schade eigentlich, die Lage ist super, fußläufig hat man schnell den Ort erkundet.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war meine Bedürfnisse ( reine Übernachtung mit Frühstück) sehr gut geeignet. Der Frühstück war prima. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die zuvorkommende Ermöglichung eines vorzeitigen check-in. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Bis 22.30 war laut booking.com Anreise möglich. War 22.10 da. Keiner mehr vor Ort. Tür verschlossen. Kontakttelefonnummer im Netz: keine Antwort. Kontakttelefonnummer im Fenster des Hotels: Nummer unbekannt. Musste weiter nach Limburg, wo noch ein Hotelzimmer zu bekommen war. 40 € teurer+ Zeit + Sprit. Reaktion von booking.com:
"Das Hotel am Bahnhof hat Sie als nicht angereist gebucht, so dass Ihnen keine Kosten entstehen". Hammer! Ich hätte den Anwalt einschalten müssen! Na, ja!

Disappointing.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.
Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The area, there was a lot of strong smells.of cannabis. That half of the town feels.run down.
The hotel is very tired and worn.
The door into the bathroom is a glass door, meaning you have very little privacy from the main bedroom, if you need to use the light in the bathroom over night, you illuminate the bedroom.
There is no window cover for the large window in the bathroom, so if this stay had been in summer, we would have been woken up by daylight in the early hours.
The electricity for the room is controlled by a "card slot". Which is attached to the key. You need to use the key to lock your door. So to lock the door we had to plunge.the room into darkness.
The restaurant was shut that evening due to "a problem that happened that day". They did arrange a table for us at Jimmy's, an Italian 3 minute drive away. Which whilst was helpful (the restaurant and meal very good) after a long day of driving, the last thing wr wanted was to drive more. We were not told at check in the restaurant was shut.
Breakfast was usual buffet style, pity they don't seem to want to turn on all the lights.

Freundliches Personal, praktisch gelegen

Cons:

Ausstattung ist aus einer anderen Zeit,
Einzelzimmer unter dem Dach war recht dunkel und hellhörig, Bett hat fürchterliche Geräusche bei jeder Bewegung gemacht

Das Zimmer war angemessen groß. Kurze Wege Bahnhof Stadt. Parkplatz vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für einen Wochenendtrip ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz liebevoller Arbeit der Betreiber lassen sich die Spuren des Alters nicht mehr verdecken.
