From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. From 1st June 2022 onwards our operation hours for room service will be available daily from 5:00am to 1:00am.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

May not repeat my stay here. With the price of the room we paid, indeed I may consider other hotels.
Cons:

The room service for cleaning is not done as a default. A system that we are not informed about regarding choices for room cleaning is by default ‘Do not disturb’. This go unnoticed when we went out in the morning. Soon as we came back the room was not tidied up and the garbage is not disposed. The policy by right should always clean the room unless otherwise requested! As we called for room cleaning, we were insulted as if we merely wanted to top up the toiletries.
Upon checking out, our room key was disabled before 12.00noon. Had then faced the hassle to go up and down the lift to unlock the room as a few of our luggage are still within.

Magnifique vraiment et très bien situé. La piscine super

Le prix est quand même très élevé. Le bruit de la piscine juste au dessus de notre chambre.

Fantastic view!
Pros:

The lake view is fantastic! The room space also larger than usual. Too bad I cant enjoy all the facilities due to work commitment.

Cons:

Aircond took a long time to get the comfortable temperature.

Pros:

The customer service/receptionist is good in handling my request through email. Fast reply and able to fulfill my request in an efficient manner. The breakfast was also quite good, got several choices but of course I'm not able to taste all the foods due to being already full. Also I love the bathtubs, can relaxing for a while during the staycation.

Cons:

The check in process takes a long time around half an hour, The waiting area is quite packed with so many people sitting there during the check in. Quite disappointed a bit as I requested a birthday cake delivery to surprise my husband but failed. Already informed at receptionist to send around 15min after check in but not arrive. Later they call the room and yeah of course my husband already knows about it. Waiting for them to send at night at 8pm but still late half an hour.
