Le calme la gentillesse du personnel et la proximité direct avec la magnifique mosquée de granit rose visible depuis nos fenêtres
Le petit déjeuner est très varié et calme pas d’attente
À l’arrière de l’hôtel vous pouvez prendre le taxiboat pour quelques ringgit il vous emmène aux points d’intérêts autour du lac (finit à 17h35)
Il y a une base nautique pour faire du kayak et autre pas loin (putrajaya lake récréation center)
Des jardin illuminés la nuit (secret garden)
Drôle de situation de voir que la salle de bain est séparé de la chambre par une vitre transparente 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 il y a un volet roulant mais vraiment pas à l’aise …

The room was not ready even when it a late check in and I had to wait for more than 45 minutes before I could get the keys to the room. The quiet room was not great as the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the people next door chatting away.
The space, layout, pillow & scenery it's really nice
The electric plug were far from the bed but not that deduct point.

Breakfast, it was more local style food and bathroom , it was not clean
Before our stay, I emailed the hotel to request a birthday setup. They replied quickly and informed me about the extra charge for the birthday cake.
The hotel is in a good location in Putrajaya. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lake view from our room was beautiful and calm.
The room was decent, but the bathroom hygiene was disappointing. The bathtub had dark stains, the toilet bowl yellowish, the towels smelled unpleasant, and the TV was not working. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't report it.
Breakfast was also below expectations for a 5-star hotel. The food selection was limited, and the nasi lemak sambal tasted sour. For RM4XX per night.??
