Pros:

La habiatacion es muy amplia y confortable. La atención de los trabajadores del hotel muy buena. El señor Tarun nos ha atendido muy bien y nos ha ofrecido las mejores ofertas del hotel.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado que está muy fuerte. Lo bueno es que se puede regular, así que no hay mayor problema.

Careless staff ruined a potentially great stay.
Pros:

Pool size for both adults and kids are good, the pool section staffs were good. Food quality was good, though very limited options.

Cons:

Very limited food options.
noticed lack of service and attention towards service and maintenance observed.
The cups had cracks the curtains couldn't be opened because draw rod was broken, curtain fitting was also broken from one side.
disposable slippers were missing.
TV not working and not addressed till night, even after multiple followup.
The pool area floor is very slippery and everyone should be careful, specially kids and elders.
The front desk agent showed no apathy whatsoever when we brought our issues to his attention.
