Condo not a hotel
Pros:

The location is good . It’s not a hotel but individual rentals and there are quite a few stairs involved before you get to an elevator . You need to check in with a care keeper. It’s modern and clean and small. The shower handle doesn’t work only the rainfall shower. We slept well and was near to everything. I liked it but just know it’s individual condos not traditional hotel with no front desk etc.

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve and had no heating. We contacted Francesco the reception person that greet us however he was dismissive to help saying that at 10pm there is nothing he could do on insisting he said would come in 10 mins however he did not appear at all. No offer to get an extra duvet, a portable heater or another room no help at all even if we had a child with us. I can say that this was the most terrible experience I had with an hotel and I would not recommend this to anyone. We slept with our child on a cold room with our coats on and was the Christmas Eve; this is unbelievable! We had two nights booked however the second night we booked another hotel losing actually extra monies but could not bear this poor service.
Things can get wrong but the hotel should provide assistance in such instances; this hotel had no compassion or common sense. On the booking we had breakfast included but the reception person said they do not offer breakfast. The room had a strong smell of dump and the bed had no duvet but a blanket (as on old days the army would use). Not confortable overall and not clean, dirty towell etc
No, this is a hotel I cannot recommend.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, only 10 minutes walk to Termine Station. Quiet room, but en-suite needs some tlc, but
adequate. Good WiFi, but despite hundreds of cable channels, none in English. Supermarket & choice of cafes just yards away.
