nice and clean. spacious room/unit compared to other hotels. very clean and well decorated. the renovation might not be very modern but with good quality. quiet and sound-proof rooms.

Jumeirah Nanjing met our expectation. Delivered all Jumeirah standards. Excellent facilities, spacious rooms with friendly, warm and attentive service. Breakfast buffet had extensive choices of local and western food items. Breathtaking view from 56th floor room.

All things was perfect. Nice view, clean room, perfect breakfast. We were booked a suite and really I enjoyed it. Especially about nice tinjin peoples. I advise this hotel for every person that they like to stay in a perfect residential hotel. Ok

Excellent city-break, welcoming staff, spacious room, good facilities & amenities, yummy buffet (wide variety of local & international choices.) Room service was good too! The views at night over the river were wonderful. There’s views of a picturesque insta-worthy pedestrian bridge.

Certainly not as good as the first visit. Christmas was very busy and it showed. The room was not as clean as one would have liked on arrival. Toilet dirty. Christmas dinner was not traditional, Roast Turkey yes, but no roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, turkey gravy, was more catered for Chinese Seafood lovers. It really needs more restaurant options. Price at 80 GBP inc cheap plonk was a little steep. The hotel suffers from being near nowhere apart from the Nanjing Eye. Breakfast was good, especially after boxing day, Chef was asked for a poached egg and we got scrambled eggs, maybe poached eggs do not exist in China.

First of, the property is great, new building, great location, the rooms themselves (I've been there twice) are beautiful. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, you would think you are halfway there but...

The service is another story. The doorguys are not there at night, at daytime they have little clue what they got hired for. The front desk at night seems to be the only staff there. Even while asking in the reservation for non-feathers, the room had feathers. Getting that fixed at night was a one hour adventure that involves the front desk guy. They have at night literally nobody there. Don't bother asking for room service, don't ask anything it won't happen. The cleaning maids unfortunately also are on leave it seems as there was dust and dirt everywhere.

I've been there twice, unfortunately this is twice the exact same experience. Don't bother and go to the Ritz. Far better quality of the property and service.

its a clean and luxury property, room is large enough and has great view of the river. the service was professional. booked my stay with reservations directly, the employee was helpful and she provided all the details information i need, i felt wecomed thru the phone already

came back for another business trip, the hotel service was good as previous one, always up to standard. the facilites are well maintained, good options of food, and professional staffs.
just slightly unacceptable that had to use proper shoes for breakfast.

Wow !! I’ve enjoy my stay at this hotel!! The best service from check in and check out !! Arunikea is amazing ! The spa day treatments I had with Amy and Coco amazing ! I even went back to this hotel for my message with my friend and the atmosphere of the room and service ! Amy and Coco you are both amazing and I look forward to coming back again !!

Lovely hotel on upper floors of convention centre.Excellent breakfast buffet on 39th Floor. Room large and comfortable, nice bathroom, worth the stay. Extra bed for child a little expensive only downside. Swimming pool good and open. Please remember that this hotel needs two Covid 19 check apps!!!

Recently I booked this hotel as a present for my friend and her husband, they told me they had a extremely happy trip in this hotel. As Foreigners who lived in Nanjing we actually didn’t have too much chance to stay in Nanjing’s hotels. But absolutely chose Jumeirah as a present to give is a wise chose. Before I book the room, I called their reservation to ask some questions which confused me, the lady in reservation called jennie who listens my questions and give all the details I need and explained the best way to buy a room package and which plat is the best. I called serval hotels and compared Jumeirah seems the best,which thanks to the staff’s explanation. They told me the hotel is beautiful and the room is very Chinese style. Absolutely next time I will try it by myself!! Thank u Jumeirah Nanjing to give my best friend a best night!!

It was a great experience with our favorite Jumeirah Nanjing! The room was decorated and we got a complimentary dessert... it wasn’t our first and definitely not last stay at this hotel! Thank you Bella for decorating the room.. it really made our day special 😊

Amazing view, beautiful hotel and pool. The pool has also a nice view to the river. Nice restaurant with perfect view to Nanjings Eye. Very confortable beds. Perfect service from the staff! Special thanks to Arunikae.

Myself has been to the restaurants of Jumeirah many times , I’m satisfied each time I go. With another Exhibition coming, I’m positive that we’ll choose you as our caterer again .

I’m blown away with the facility of Talise spa, all very fancy and exquisite.The vibe there make me feel serene and clam, especially after a weary trip. My therapist were Lily and Yang yang, they are skillful and also know all the right places to massage. Also thankful to the manager Arunika, her professionality makes the booking process very smooth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the the tastes of the food. It had a fine blend of flavor and tastes. I really enjoyed the portions for each of the meals with the ability to get more. Great for a date or even a business meeting. Not recommended for bringing children.
