Agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, très bien accueilli par le personnel très sympathique et souriant, le petit déjeuner inclus était parfait, possibilité de manger dans la partie restaurant avec une très bonne carte et des plats de qualité, chambre propre et confortable. Bref un très bon rapport qualité prix, nous conseillerons cet établissement sans aucun doute.

fantastisch ondanks mijn ongelukje
Pros:

ik kreeg een ongelukje en het personeel heeft me uistekend opgevangen. De mensen waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik moest naar de spoed met de ambulance en Mevrouw heeft op ons gewacht tot half twaalf, waarvoor nogmaals hartelijk dank. Kan het hotel teerste aanbevelen. Wij komen hier zeker nog terug.

La journée est très bien mais il ne faut pas compter sur l’hôtel pour assurer le moindre service la nuit.
Pros:

La gentillesse de la réception lors de la réception des clés. L’emplacement était ideal pour notre week-end.

Cons:

La sonnette du portail (du parking) la nuit qui est cassée (du moins par temps de pluie apparemment) et le veilleur de nuit qui ne répond pas au téléphone. Nous sommes restés coincé devant le portail un long moment sans réponse de sa part jusqu’à finir par klaxonner pour qu’il nous ouvre. Le veilleur de nuit a eu le culot de nous engueuler car nous klaxionnons devant l’hôtel. Je lui ai montré mon journal d appel sur le téléphone en lui disant que c était sa faute car cela faisait 8fois que je composais le numéro sans réponse de sa part. Bref la mauvaise foi n’est pas passé… Je me suis permise de l avertir que d’autres personnes arriveraient encore plus tard dans la nuit et m’a prit de haut en me disant que vu l’heure nous étions les derniers. Monsieur, sachez que si je vous INFORME que d’autres personnes arrivent après nous c’est que je suis certaine de mon information.
