Excellent facilities, Spa and staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, facilities and staff. The Spa was amazing, especially the outdoor part. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

The restaurant the Summit was good but maybe a bit overpriced and the atmosphere, sitting in the same local as the breakfast, felt more like a school restaurant than a fancy restaurant. I preferred the local restaurants in Champoluc and Frachey.

Pros:

Fantastisk frukost, stora rum, hög klass genomgående på alla delar av hotellet. Bra högklassiga restauranger. Shuttle till liftarna fungerar utmärkt.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger lite avsides, hade önskat en mindre butik eller enklare restaurang som komplement .

Snyggt o fint
Bra frukost dock minus att det inte fanns färskpressad juice. Det är en självklarhet på ett 5 stjärnigt hotel

Cons:

Michelinrestaurangen var katastrof. Även de andra restaurangerna var under all kritik

Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde, ottimi servizi abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di accedere alla spa anche dopo l’orario di check-out, decisamente utile per chi come noi alloggiava in struttura una sola notte. Personale gentile e molto disponibile.

Pros:

Very beautiful location with friendly staff and comfy spa

Cons:

Dinner at the local restaurant was bad, pricey and weak quality. Spa was amazing but was missing a warm exterior pool. They had 2 tubes for ~4 people but the big pools were not heated.

The architecture and design were why we booked and the ski location.
The climbing wall as an alternative for the children.
Swimming pool and hot tub too.

Cons:

The early evening dining options for family’s. The food is too rich and expensive in the Summit and Japanese and the bar menu is tiny between 5-7 when children want to eat. This became an issue for what, when and how to feed our children. Local restaurants were fully booked as busy season.
