Great location, perfect for what I needed
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Didn’t bother me at all but could be an issue for accessibility/mobility as single room on top floor with lots of stairs.

Pros:

El personal es amable. Esta cerca de varias lineas de metro y tren y paradas de bus. La zona es linda, en la calle paralela hay muchos restaurantes para todos los gustos se llega caminando tranquilo al Hyde Park. La ubivacion esta muy bien.

Cons:

La habitacion es pequeña, solo entra la cama y en la habitacion que estuvimos la unica ventana estaba en el baño. El baño tambien es pequeño.

The staff were nice, Maria and Rojina were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There were no Elevators, so unless you don't mind going up the stairs then it will be a good place to stay in.

The receptionist was so professional and very welcoming, also very attentive to detail I gave her the nickname ' Rosie ' also very attractive

I didn't like the window was facing the other building so they could see everything, I didn't mind .

Buena ubicación, habitaciones espaciosas y confortables. Recomendable para famílias.
Pros:

Experiencia maravillosa. Las dos habitaciones que contratamos, estaban genial. En cuanto a espacio, confort de las camas, limpieza y amplitud de baños. Fuímos con nuestros tres hijos, y quedamos muy contentos. El personal tuvo un trato excepcional en todo momento. Y la ubicación es genial. Puedes ir andando al metro, hay parada de taxis y además en la calle paralela a menos de dos minutos, tienes supermercados, panaderia, restaurantes, farmacias, etc...

Cons:

Solo por poner algo...No tiene comedor ni servício de desayunos, que nosotros sepamos. Pero hay una máquina moderna en la entrada con snacks, y bebidas a un precio económico para lo que es UK. Aunque lo prefiero, porque hay mucha oferta de panaderías y brunch por la zona.
