Super séjour mais pas pour le logement….tellement déçu que nous n’avons même pas pris la peine de prendre de photos !!
Pros:

L’emplacement dans Londres était bien à proximité de hyde Park et des transports .

Cons:

Chambre bruyante mal isolée phoniquement et thermiquement .
Fenêtre de la salle de bain par exemple, avec gros jour d’environ 2 cm en simple vitrage . Lavabo très petit comme pour un wc avec 2 robinets distincts eau chaude et froide difficilement utilisable soit c’est trop froid soit trop chaud !!
Matelas très inconfortables et oreillers qui n’en étaient pas !
Une prise à 2 m de haut sur un mur ,pas de prise pour la bouilloire ,obligé de la brancher devant la porte d’entrée de la chambre au sol…
La porte d’entrée avec un jour important tout comme la porte de la salle de bains !
Établissement passable pour le prix payé !! Nous n’y retournerons pas !! Les photos ne reflètent pas franchement la réalité !!!

Molto soddisfacente
Pros:

Personale super gentile, disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Posto pulito e accogliente situato in zona molto buona. Hotel molto ben collegato con metro e bus. Camere pulite e fornite,
dotate di Smart tv. Consiglio vivamente sopratutto per famiglie.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff--and 24-hour check in, which was very useful. I also thought the room was good value for money, and the location is perfect.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I struggled to sleep on it (please note for context that I normally sleep on a rather thin mattress on the floor, so am not exactly fussy about such things). The bathroom smelled very unpleasant after the first evening, for reasons that aren't clear. The water pressure in the shower was also very low owing to mulitple leaks in the cable to which the showerhead was attached. The walls of the room were paper-thin, to the extent that I could hear whole conversations from the neighbouring room as I lay awake at night. I would not stay here again--but at least it was cheap!

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. Atención del personal perfecta. Nos pusieron en habitaciones cercanas y nos dieron la posibilidad de cambiar después de la primera noche para poder tener habitaciones contiguas.
Camas cómodas, buena calefacción y buena ducha. Se agradece que no haya moqueta en el baño.
Recomiendo las habitaciones de la planta baja y la del sótano donde se está muy tranquila.

Cons:

Faltaría alguna silla para poder sentarse.
En el lavabo están separados los grifos de agua caliente y fría cosa que resulta bastante incómodo, por suerte la ducha tiene monomando tipo termostato cosa muy práctica y cómoda.

One more great experience
Pros:

As a regular guest of this facility, pros always start with location for me. Close proximity to all places you can visit or see is really a great advantage.

Staff is helpful. Suresh at reception is always ready to help you when needed. Service will not disappoint you.

Balance on Price / performance is noted as decent.

Great location, lovely staff
Pros:

Great location, close to two tube lines and loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were lovely and friendly. Basic rooms but fine for just sleeping as you’d be out and about all day.

Location is great, close to Paddington & Kensington Gardens, lots of restaurants and shops just round the corner

Cons:

We had a lower ground floor family room and it was quite a lengthy way from the reception (long corridor with several fire doors and steep narrow stairs - no elevator)
