L'emplacement de l'hotel justifie son prix contrairement au confort et aux équipements de la chambre
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, grâce à la proximité de la station Bayswater (à moins de 100 mètres) sur la Central Line. Le quartier offre également de nombreuses commodités très pratiques.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du personnel. Le service de bagagerie, bien qu'informel, s'est avéré utile le jour de mon départ.

Cons:

-Espace restreint : La chambre et la salle de bain étaient beaucoup trop petites. L'absence d'armoires et de rangements pour les valises a rendu la circulation difficile, particulièrement pour une famille.
- Équipements manquants : Nous avons regretté l'absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ce qui était d'autant plus inconfortable au vu des fortes températures durant notre séjour.
- Confort de la literie : Les matelas manquent de confort et les dimensions des lits doubles sont insuffisantes pour assurer un repos de qualité.

Lokalita hotela je naozaj super, druhá ulica na hotelom je rušná, žije to tam ale pri hoteli je príjemné ticho

Cons:

Veľmi malá izba, chýbala nám nejaká komoda na odloženie vecí. To aká bola krivá izba sa nedá opísať, cítila som ako opitá, avšak na prijemnom pobyte to nič nemenilo.

die Lage zur U-Bahn war gut, auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren top

Cons:

eigentlich wollten wir nach der Ankunft sofort wieder auschecken, die Betten waren nicht sauber, Fenster waren defekt, konnten nur ein Fenster aufmachen und mussten es mit einem Kleiderbügel absichern, das andere Fenster trauten wir uns gar nicht zu öffnen, da wir Angst hatten, dass es rausfällt. Keine Steckdosen im Bad, Toilettenspülung war mangelhaft

Buona la posizione in una via tranquilla parallela ad una via con tutti negozi e bar per mangiare, stanza pulita

Il wifi prendeva pochissimo, stanza piccola e struttura vecchia, con parti dei balconi rotte e pavimento scricchiolante, si sentiva ogni tipo di rumore o passo proveniente dalle stanze superiori. Ragazzo al check-in poco affabile e cortese
