Excellent location and spacious, clean space. Staff were so very wonderful and were extremely accomodating for us when our flights were cancelled and we needed extra nights.
Emplacement idéal, très bien desservit avec 2 station de métro dans le rue parallèle dans cette même rue pleins de restaurant, fast food. Un arrêt de bus au pieds de l’hôtel. Proche de hyde park, on arrive rapidement au marché de portobello, à Piccadilly Circus ou encore à st James Park.
La taille de la salle de bain était ridicule, très petite, impossible de rentrer à deux. Pas de commode ou étagère pour ranger les affaires donc obligé de les laisser dans la valise. Les murs étaient abimés. Le personnel pas très aimable.
Η τοποθεσία και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού που προσπαθούσε να βοηθήσει με αμεσότητα και ήταν πάντα με το χαμόγελο, όπως και η άνεση του κρεββατιού είναι ατού για το ξενοδοχείο, το οποίο σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά ( αν δεν αλλάξουν τις τιμές...). Η καθαριότητα επίσης ήταν πολύ καλή.
Η παροχή του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, έπεσε 2 φορές που βάλαμε πολύπριζο με 3 φορτιστές. Προφανώς, υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην υποδομή του κτιρίου. Δεν είναι, επίσης, σωστή η τοποθέτηση των πριζών. Η μία είναι πίσω από το κρεββάτι, η άλλη στα 2 μέτρα ύψος, πάνω από το κρεββάτι. Η ρύθμιση του ζεστού νερού στο μπάνιο θέλει προσοχή, γιατί βγαίνει καυτό στην αρχή. Απαραίτητη είναι μία ντουλάπα, δεν αρκεί ένα πολύ μικρό τραπεζάκι και ένα ράφι στα 2 μέτρα.
Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre avec bouilloire pour café et thé. Très bon emplacement, rue calme, des commerces et restaurants tout près, possibilité de prendre un vrai breakfast anglais à moins de 10€. Métro et bus à proximité
Chambre double très petite, à peine la place pour deux valises et une seule table de nuit.

Location was good.
Room was very small, there was no place to put bag/luggage. I had to keep it on the floor, no bench or chair were added in the room. Bathroom was cold because window was old and needs update. Bathroom mirror was placed behind the toilet and was extremely hard to use for doing my make up. Carpet felt dirty, not cleaned.
Location was great.
I cannot describe how broken the mattress was. I can sleep basically anywhere, but it was impossible to lay on that mattress. There was like a huge hole in it and a metal part of it was sticking to your back.
The room also did not have a window!? It was so small that we could barely walk in it.
Close to public transport and central london.
Posizione ottima, vicino ad Hyde park, bar, ristoranti e alla metro, Notting Hill facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.
Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola ma essenziale, letto comodo.
