Equipe esforçada, mas nada profissional.
Pros:

Primeiro os prós. O hotel é charmoso e tem quartos amplos. O café da manhã é justo e os funcionários atenciosos.
Contras. Cheguei na hora do jantar e ninguém me trazia o menu e nem sabia dizer o que tinha. Quando eu perguntava, respondiam: "tudo". Mas tudo o que? Que massa, que carne, que peixe ou frutos do mar. Quando perguntei o preço, responderam: "preço de restaurante". Mas, o que vem a ser "preço de restaurante"? Restaurante caro, restaurante barato?
Mas o que mais me incomodou é que estava bem quente o provavelmente devido ao tamanho do quarto o ar condicionado não dava conta. Resultado, tive que dormir no sofá p conseguir pegar um pouco do ar frio, pois dormir na cama, no mezanino, era impossível.
Em resumo, não é um quatro estrelas, no máximo 3. A equipe, embora disposta e bem intensionada, comete erros amadores.

Beautiful hidden gem
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Very charming village (quiet).
10 min drive downhill to the action of the beach. Some of the best customer service we had on our entire Italian vacation, exceptional, especially because it is operated by a handful of young adults. Great value. Highly recommend
