Pros:

- trên Booking chỉ có phòng khu cũ nên khi đến nơi mình đổi lại phòng bên khu mới và bù thêm phần chênh lệch, phòng to, sạch sẽ, vị trí nằm ngay quảng trường Sadec nên mình để xe tại khách sạn và đi bộ ra đó chơi
- điểm cộng là không có bình đun siêu tốc nhưng bù lại phía ngoài hành lang có máy lọc nước nóng lạnh mình khỏi phải mua thêm nước lọc uống chỉ cần ra đó lấy nước, có sẵn ly giấy
- có bộ bàn ghế nhỏ nhỏ để ngồi ăn uống
- bãi xe máy nhỏ nhưng do ít khách đi xe máy nên để vô tư

Cons:

- MÁY NƯỚC NÓNG KHÔNG NÓNG, ngày đầu mình tắm lúc 16h nhưng phải chờ 10p nước mới nóng nóng, ngày 2 tắm lúc 12h phải chờ 15p, đỉnh điểm là ngày 3 tắm lúc 9h30 phải chờ 30p vẫn chưa nóng luôn bắt buộc phải tắm nước lạnh, máy nước nóng bên khách sạn củ chuối quá, mở nước chờ nóng vừa hao nước mà không có nước nóng
- mỗi người có 1 vé ăn sáng trị giá 65k, ai ăn nhiều hơn thì bù tiền, mình thấy cái này hơi vô lý
- nhà hàng nhỏ, chỗ ngồi ít, hầm nóng lắm, ra ngoài ngồi thoáng hơn nhưng bên ngoài chỉ có 3 - 4 cái bàn, xuống trễ là hết chỗ, hi vọng khách sạn đầu tư hơn chỗ nhà hàng cho mát mẻ hoặc như nào đó vì không những khách booking phòng mà còn có khách lẻ bên ngoài nữa, chỗ ngồi phải rộng rãi thoải mái mát mẻ
- trong nhà tắm ngay lavabo không có giá treo khăn tự nhiên móc treo để ngay chỗ vòi sen để khi tắm xong lấy khăn cho tiện nhưng chỗ lavabo lại không có vậy rửa mặt xong hoặc đi toilet lấy gì lau? thiết kế không hợp lý tí nào
- tủ lạnh không lạnh lắm, chỉ vừa đủ mát
- cách âm tạm ổn, thang máy hơi nhỏ

Sa dec 2nd stay
Pros:

This time around when I stayed, they gave me the new block. My previous visit was staying at the old block. The new block is so much more spacious and generous in space. All facilities are new and most importantly, Netflix and YouTube!

Cons:

The soundproofing needs work. Restaurant food options are very limited.

Pros:

It is near eateries, and the square garden, within walkable distance. Room looks clean, towels are clean too and they provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Cleaning staff are cheerful and helpful, some staffs are not proficient in English but they try their best to help with my queries.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

We came to this hotel as a base to explore Sa Dec surroundings. Being fair, the hotel itself was nice, The room was spacious with a large bed and so was the bathroom. The bungalow has a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Staff was also polite and professional. The room was clean

Cons:

We booked a two-night stay but had to leave a day early because we couldn't find a place to rent a scooter in town. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was unable to provide helpful recommendations and directed us to a nearby hotel, which only rented motorbikes to their own guests. We spent the entire afternoon searching for a rental without success, as other hotels also reserved their scooters exclusively for their guests. Despite using Google Translate to overcome the language barrier, the customer service team made little effort to assist us.

Aside from this issue, the room had some maintenance problems. The bathtub was unstable as it wasn’t properly fixed to the wall, and it filled with water due to a blocked drain. The toilet flush didn’t work properly, and the shower curtain was not very clean.

Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
