Very nice hotel with an excellent service and a super friendly owner.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. Very nice hotel, the room was excellent. And the owner is a jewel. He is always available, providing an excellent service and always taking care of you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Совершенно новый отель в старинном здании. Очень комфортно, чисто и самобытно! Хозяин по настоящему понимает сферу гостеприимства и во всем помогает туристам! Завтраки «заряжают» для осмотра городка и до самого вечера! Географический центр Италии, почему этот район не в списке обязательного к посещению?!

The property has a great history and wonderful character. The manager/host is helpful and welcoming. Modern conveniences in a historical building, nestled in the quiet, charming heart of the old town center. They also offer a lovely home cooked breakfast that shouldn’t be missed.

We loved it here and were sad to leave. We will return.

Very cozy room. Great breakfast. Best scrambled eggs in Italy. Claudio and Martina were fabulous. Claudio has great suggestions for places to go and see.
