Pros:

Excellent location close to the metro and Nanjing Pedestrian Street, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We loved the stunning views, sophisticated interiors, comfortable rooms, and overall atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay extra special with thoughtful touches such as the birthday surprise, handwritten card, and personalized key card. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Shanghai Tavern and the beautiful high tea experience at YONE.

A delightful experience wanting to return again
Pros:

The rooms were modern, well designed and the hotel itself was in a great location. The staff were very attentive, helpful and had smiles.

Cons:

The windows needed more cleaning. The dirt was too noticeable when looking out at the view of the river and Bund.

Small rooms , sauna cannot go directly but need to book a slot in advance, rooftop bar not access to all seats despite being a hotel resident

hotel é perfeito, quarto amplo com pé direito super alto, banheiro grande e lindo, tudo muito limpo, cama confortável, nos sentimos em casa, serviço ótimo, comida maravilhosa, super bem localizado numa rua famosa da cidade, repleta de lojas e restaurantes, equipe toda fala inglês, poucos metros da melhor vista dos predios em pudong, tem tambem um bar no ultimo andar que da pra ver a vista de pudong, lindo demais, simplesmente amamos, recomendo!

Kısaca otelden çok memnun kaldık, gözüm kapalı tavsiye edebiliriz.
