Exceptional service, luxurious stay
Pros:

The service was wonderful, with staff standing by the pickup and dropoff to help with luggages and boarding. We accidentally left one of our belongings at a shopping mall, and the staff helped to arrange for someone to collect the item and send it back to the room directly for a very small fee of 30rmb.

The gym is exceptionally stocked with coconut water and cold towels, clean equipment and plenty of space.

The indoor pool is also heated, even during winter.

Room had a splendid view, comfortable amenities.

The bathroom doors open outwards, towards the sink.

Pros:

Отель очень удобно расположен для первого визита в Шанхай. Самая туристическая улица при выходе из отеля, до набережной 5 минут пешком. Рядом станция метро, которая также ведет на улицу с достопримечательностями(площадь, где стоит корабль Луи Виттон и самый большой Старбакс в Шанхае)

Cons:

Завтрак немного скудный и однообразный.

It was a bittersweet experience.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms with a great view of the bund

Cons:

There is no proper sheltered drop off point that’s standard for big brand hotels. I was drenched from head to toe when a car blocked the only entry into the hotel on a rainy day.
