Really bad experience at this hotel
Pros:

Staff couldn’t speak English 😫
WiFi was awful 😞
Answering the phone was awful
For get some ice ,it took more than 1 hour

Cons:

It was not anything for like.

Le personnel très acccueillant et serviable, L'emplacement idéal

Cons:

Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue panoramique sur Pearl Tower et la skyline. La vue ne correspondait cependant pas aux photos car la chambre était située uniquement au 16ème étage. La vue sur la skyline était donc partielle. Au regard du prix de la chambre cela est particulièrement décevant et a impacté la note globale de cette hôtel.

We are unable to check in until 2 hours later. Lower level suite is allocated to us. At the breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes to get our coffee and food. The waitress who served us did not care about our complaint. She said she is too busy. Very bad customer service. Rooftop bar is open to outsiders, guests have no priority . I am not going back next time

Its all about the people
Pros:

If you run a hotel like The Shanghai Edition you want a Front of the House like Chris. He does not tare care, he truly looks after you. I will most certainly return, as the house is perfectly located, the venue is in a mint condition, food is great and the service is outstanding. If the the rooftop bar of the hotel will join this spirit one day, even better.
