Great for a short stay

Large comfortable rooms, great location & friendly staff!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, it was spotless and the bedrooms were large & comfortable.
The front desk staff were lovely and I loved the fact that coffee , tea & hot chocolate were always available. Lovely stay & will use this hotel again.

The property itself was not bad. I didn’t complain about the refrigerator not working. I didn’t complain about the curtain hanging off of the rod.

Cons:

The property manager was very nasty and rude. She accused me of having seven people in a room when I had one adult. I put two adults. One adult left to go to work, but came back in the morning. I did not have seven people in the room. I had three children in there. I asked them if it was a problem before I even rented the room, they said no problem when I walked in the facility and said it I would add the extra kids. The manager accuse me of leaving a pool area nasty with food. I have video I video the pool before I left. I videotape the room before I left. There was another family one of my members that had booked the room that had a pool party the night before it was not me, and they were not with me. I felt discriminated. I will never stay there again and I called their corporate. She need to be investigating the property manager.

A great place to stay on a Hudson Valley Trip.
Pros:

Easy to get to, not to far from our destination. Room size was great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast setup was good, just some items didn’t look cooked enough, like the sausage patties. The waffle batter didn’t looked mixed, it came out layered. Breakfast was okay.

Updated new looking interior

Cons:

Somebody forgot to check the mechanicals in my room before releasing it for use. The bathroom sink was stopped up and didn’t drain. The desk clerk arranged for me to move to a different room.

Pros:

The facilities and location were great.
My wife and I had an event in town, and arrived a bit early, and the staff was great and was able to get us in slightly earlier as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the area.

Luftigt, rent boende med bra frukost och läge nära vägen.
Pros:

Vi gillade det stora rymliga rummet, gratis parkering och bra frukost.

Cons:

Väldigt lyhört från korridoren utanför rummet pga en glipa mellan dörr och golv. Till viss del hördes också ljud från bilvägen. Poolen var mer som ett stort badkar. Inget att ha om man räknat med att kunna simma.
