This is my go to hotel when I visit Asheville. Stayed here several times over the last 5 years. Can’t be the price and comfort!

There were no bedside lights that would turn on or off without the whole room light switch being on.

booked this hotel for 3 nights mainly for the heated pool, but from the first day we were told it was not working and would be fixed. Each day we asked again, but it was never resolved. When we were told it would not be fixed at all, the hotel offered a refund if we checked out early. We left one day early, but despite promises, we later received only a $78 refund, which did not even cover one night.
Great breakfast options and rooms clean! Staff was friendly and available to assist us.
That the pool was closed and I was not informed ahead of time, the main reason I booked there was for the pool, deeply disappointed.
