Most comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel was so bright, fresh and clean and ideally located for Asheville and surroundings. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was everything in the room you could need for comfort and charging of devices. The parking was always plentiful and close to the entrance. The breakfast was plentiful and typical of this type of hotel but was nothing special. The dining room like the rest of the building was kept very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

For that class of hotel, there was nothing I did not like. It exceeded expectations.

Clean but kinda noisy
Pros:

This is a decent, clean hotel. No big issues.

Cons:

This place is pretty noisy, the walls are thin. What do you want? It's right next to another property that looks about the same. I mean, it's a mid hotel!

Great hotel but ask to stay on the 4th floor.
Pros:

The property is very bright and modern and is in a wonderful location for easy access to downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore Estate area.

Cons:

The noise level from other rooms is loud when trying to sleep.

Relaxing
Pros:

The property was very clean and had a nice smell to it. Not that old hotel smell you usually get. The eating area was very clean and very well maintained during the breakfast hours.

Cons:

The floor is not carpeted and when walking in my socks I buy just for hotels that had hair and loads of dust collected onto them. They didn’t change to brown on bottom but floors could definitely make sure they get a good sweep and dust sweep as well.
