Served my purpose. Decent price and good value. No luxury.
Pros:

Friendly staff and good breakfast. This was a good overall experience if you are not looking for luxury or modern facilities. Excellent a/c.

O banheiro do quarto é muito pequeno e não tem uma bancada na pia para colocar nossas coisas mais o pior de tudo é não ter tomada ao lado da cama

Pros:

O prédio deve ser um pouco antigo, mas o quarto era agradável tanto de conforto quanto de visual, dando um sentimento de "casa antiga", o que me deixou apreensivo de ter móveis velhos mas não, tudo era de boa qualidade, água quente, ar condicionado, camas confortáveis.
E o principal, o atendimento era excelente, o recepcionista me recepcionou super bem, me indicou pontos para visitar e foi extremamente educado

Cons:

O prédio em si precisa de algumas reformas no elevador e portas, apenas isso, mas não chegou a ser um problema

Achei o atendimento ba recepção ruim, não tive uma solicitação de check-in antecipado em 1 hora e presenciei pelo menos 3 quartos tendo esse benefício sem custo.
