Hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado. Camas boas, toalhas e roupas de camas bem boas, espaço do quarto bom, um bom custo benefício. O atendimento dos recepcionistas também é muito cardeal.

ótimo custo, mas não espere durmir muito se ficar em andares baixos ao lado da rua, muito barulho.
Pros:

A localização bem próximo ao metrô são bento(400mt), próximo a Liberdade, pça da sé, rua Santa ifigênia começa ali, rua 25 de março a 250mt Conveniência na rua 24 horas(embora andar sozinho a noite por ali não seja recomendado)

Infelizmente não da pra saber como é a disposição do quarto pra quem nunca foi, e mau quarto ficava no 1.o andar ao lado da rua com semáforo com linhas de ônibus. após 04Ç30 fica quase impossível durmir com tanto ônibus que para direto nos semáforos fazendo muito barulho. E apesar de eu ter enviado por e-mail a solicitação de reserva no estacionamento de convênio do hotel, conforme instrução recebida pelo e-mail, ao chegar não haviam feito reserva alguma, porém, felizmente, ao lado do hotel Dan INN que fica do outro lado da avenida tem um estacionamento 24 horas com seguro que resolveu isso facilmente. Também foi chato receber um questionamento do booking pedindo confirmação de comparecimento a estadia, pois o hotel informou que eu não compareci.

Cafe da manhã todos os dias a mesma coisa durante 5 dias, deveria ter umas mudanças, pois tem o custo benefício muito bom, e com bastante hotéis próximo, acho q seria muito bom.

Mala relacion calidad precio
Pros:

Lo unico bueno del hotel es su ubicacion y que no son mesquinos con el papel higienico. El resto todo mal.

Cons:

No me gusto, el personal, el pesimo aseo que tenian las habitaciones cuando uno ingresaba. La pesima actitud de la gerencia que lejos de asumir y solucionar los problemas defendian todos los desperfectos del hotel, incluso el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear.

Uma simplicidade preciosa e desejável em plena Selva de Pedra!
Pros:

Localização excelente para quem precisa atuar próximo ao viaduto Santa Efigênia e Rua 25 de Março. O café da manhã superou minhas expectativas tanto na variedade quanto no sabor. Apesar da simplicidade do apartamento, observei muito a limpeza e ausência de insetos. Usei bastante a mini geladeira. Também gostei muito da Smart TV Samsung 42", que me ajudou bastante como extensão de meu escritório informatizado e viabilizou, inclusive, meu trabalho em "Hotel-Office". 😉👍A educação e cordialidade dos recepcionistas também devem ser destacados!

Cons:

Claro que eu gostaria que o hotel fosse mais moderno em suas instalações mas, fora isso, não tenho o que listar como algo que não tenha gostado.
