L'accueil est très rapide et souriant, ils peuvent garder vos valises si vous arrivez avant l'heure de réservation, la chambre est grande, moderne et propre. La piscine et le bar sur le toit sont exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Merci à toute l'équipe et à Dao pour leur sourire et leur accueil

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en het hotel zelf was supermooi. Ook de locatie was ideaal: met een Grab waren we binnen een paar minuten makkelijk in verschillende delen van de stad.

Cons:

Helaas hing er regelmatig een rioollucht vanuit de badkamer, wat soms wat vervelend was.

Great/perfect location, nice rooms and nice breakfast. The bell boys - Guests Porters are the best, they are very helpful and very friendly. The receptionist and breakfast staff are not very friendly. The water of the swimming pool was VERY DIRTY. The mattress are extremely hard. Other than that, it was all good.

Be aware that hackers/scammers can access to your personal details including your bank details. it's happened to many times in the past, and it happened to us. Confirmed by Booking.com to me over the phone. (phone call recorded) They literally told me that someone called Mohammed (can't remember surname) used my visa card to book a britannia hotel in Birmingham and some lodges elsewhere. I've never even been in Birmingham. The funny thing is that I was on holidays in Thailand at the time I was scammed, staying in hotels that I booked through Booking.com. They told me they were going to investigate this and get back to me within 72h. And guess what? This was like 3 weeks ago and they never got back to me. So they've lost a genius customer of over 13 years of using them. Time to use other booking platform, as this is unacceptable. Luckily I have over 15 years of experience and important contacts in the marketing industry, which I'm obviously going to use to make people aware of how Booking.com treats customers. Because it's not even about the money I've been lost/stolen. It's about having dignity and being professional with your customers. And most important feeling safe when entering my card details on their app.

Отель очень хорош, вежливый и внимательный персонал, хорошее месторасположение, классный бассейн с красивым видом. На завтраке есть что выбрать из еды. Без проблем можно оставить чемоданы на время ожидания заселения/трансфера.

Cons:

Единственный маленький минус - вид с окна в стену соседнего отеля, буквально 3 метра от окна уже стена и высокий переулок, окно не открывается, и даже на небо не взглянуть
