Peaceful and friendly family stay
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and warm it felt like staying with a relative. Breakfast was simple but great with fresh juices, eggs and pastries as well as cereals, fruits and toast. Peaceful location despite central location. Lovely swimming pool and turn down service in rooms on a night. Great big size rooms even with an additional bed for my child in it. Well-kept grounds with the villas hidden in trees and plants. A great chilled peaceful place to relax in and enjoy nature.

Cons:

The tv channels didn't have a kids one to watch.

Super Lage , schöne Anlage
Pros:

Super Lage , schöner Garten , viel Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Die de luxe suite 90m2 muss renoviert werden . Bad und Küchenamaturen sind desolat! Es wirkt alles ein bisschen wie aus den 70zigern.
Frühstück war sehr gut, Pool sehr schön .

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the hotel owner and staff.
Pros:

I couldn't go because I had a last-minute meeting. My wife and daughter stayed and their reviews were excellent. First of all, the owner was very thoughtful and kind. They showed special attention to my wife and daughter. The pool and the atmosphere were beautiful. It's a very peaceful hotel. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the hotel owner and staff.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella... posizione centralissima ... personale organizzato ed attento al cliente... colazione ottima per quantità e qualità. Abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza in Italia per un problema a casa e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze... consigliatissimo !!!

An incredible stay at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and the room was very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot water pressure pressure was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and sitting by the beautiful Pool.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The location was ideal and close to the main shops and restaurants. We liked that the street was a lot quieter than those around. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the pool villa and were pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious it was. We have two small children and the room easily fit a cot and a pull out bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the morning breakfast that was delivered to our room and enjoyed having it around our private pool. We can’t wait to return

The shower pressure was lacking, but it didn’t affect us too much.

Rustige park met mooi aangelegde tuinen.
Ruime kamer met grote badkamer, erg schoon.

Cons:

Ontbijt was karig. De weg er naar toe was verschrikkelijk, veel obstakels en losse stenen.
Geen voetpaden c.q. trottoirs.
Ontzettend veel verkeer zoals auto's, motors, scooters.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum Ubud, wszędzie blisko. Jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie.

Cons:

Śniadania mogły mieć większy wybór. Pewne ograniczenia wynikały pewnie z małego obłożenia w czasie mojego pobytu.

perfect UBUD ambience, spacious and close to everything.
Pros:

beautiful villas, spacious, lovely pool and villa pool was amazing too! Just loved the thatch roof villas and the gardens were beautiful Breakfast was great and adequate. The staff are so lovely, reception is manned 24/7.

Cons:

really cant fault anything within the property, while it was very peaceful, there is a bar across the road that has a band play at night till about 10 or 11pm which you can hear from the villa, just need earplugs for this if you are wanting to sleep otherwise it didnt bother us, or even if Samhita could provide them that would be great. The bar is great across the street so I am not saying it should be stopped.
