Building inside is great, but all surrounding area is useless and beware surprise fees for parking
Pros:

Rooms, lobby, free bfast were all good. Pool and fitness center also excellent. plenty of space to find comfortable areas to relax inside the building.

Cons:

They charge an extra $15 per day for guests to park in their lot EVEN if you're staying with them!! Ridiculous as there's plenty of space. It's a bit of a warehouse location so no other parking locations are feasible. Also, aside from the comfortable room the area offers no other points of interests for guests. The back of the hotel is right on the highway if you want to have drinks on the patio of the bar or lobby. I would find a different location next time where i didn't get surprised on check in with additional fees for simple things like parking.

Great value, beautiful suite rooms with kitchen, nice breakfast options and helpful staff.
Pros:

New modern and clean!!!

Cons:

Layout of breakfast service had no traffic flow, causing gridlock in small partially closed room instead of spreading out to big tiled area in dining room.

Pros:

Ho-hum breakfast. Location close to Interstate. Large room, with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Heating/air-conditioning wall unit was more quiet than others we’ve had.

Cons:

The breakfast was typical chain hotel breakfast: limited variety, over dependence on processed food—white sugar, white flour. Weak coffee, few whole grain options. Good sound proofing, but we could still hear the neighbors above pounding around. Bar with limited hours. No restaurant. Listing noted and showed engineered flooring, but the room was partially carpeted. Not enough towel bars and hooks in bath for our towels. Heating/air-conditioning wall unit, though comparatively quiet, was still noisy and interrupted our sleep.

Me encantó que cada habitación tiene una pequeña cocina, ofrecen desayuno continental, aceptan mascotas y cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Siempre que viajo a Waltham me hospedo allí.

Pros:

Amamos tudo! o excelente quarto completo, espaçoso, limpo e bonito, a academia com ótimos equipamentos, piscina coberta aquecida, café excelente e o atendimento perfeito !

Cons:

A cama tem colchão não muito firme, eu sou fã do colchão firme ! E o sofá-cama vira cama de casal mas o colchão é de mola e sobre uma estrutura de cama elástica então fica muito mole !
