It was okay the kitchen staff was lovely. And the front desk lady I think Katherine is her name came through for us and

The set up of the apartment is nice and family friendly

Cons:

No restaurant nor bar on premises. And the pricing of the rooms are quite high. The front desk manager Egin kandaz was not customer friendly he was rude and arrogant. He said for me if I don’t like the allocated rooms I should cancel and go to another hotel knowing fully well we just arrived from London that evening and I made the reservation for months. Very disappointed. And he doesn’t smile

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Great dining area, very well kept. Excellent staff, and coffee bar as well.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast sandwiches were cold. However it was getting close to 10:00 when we were there.

Better than adequate. Good price/location .
Pros:

Convenience with space and kitchen.

Cons:

3 adults. 1 handicapped adult. Room not set up for 3 adults. No linen for sofa bed etc. although when called they came pretty fast.

Pros:

The hotel decorations

Cons:

The location is not conducive, construction everywhere, no parking, you have to pay for parking, hotel internet is very poor, their breakfast is horrible, oatmeal slamming like okro, no toothpaste in the hotel, no water bottle, the space is very small
