Pros:

The hotel decorations

Cons:

The location is not conducive, construction everywhere, no parking, you have to pay for parking, hotel internet is very poor, their breakfast is horrible, oatmeal slamming like okro, no toothpaste in the hotel, no water bottle, the space is very small

We wachten inmiddels al meer dan drie weken op de terugbetaling van onze borg. Daarnaast is er automatisch geld van onze rekening afgeschreven, waardoor het hotel uiteindelijk twee keer werd betaald. Ook dit extra bedrag is na meer dan drie weken nog steeds niet teruggestort. Er staat ook nergens een email adres om contact met ze op te nemen.

Tijdens ons verblijf ging bovendien het brandalarm af en moesten we het gebouw verlaten. Onze koffers lagen overal op de grond, omdat er onvoldoende ruimte was om deze netjes op te bergen of op te hangen.

Ondanks deze punten hebben we verder een goed verblijf gehad.

I have been a loyal Marriott customer and have never had a stay like this one, where there was a damaged cracked stove top, AC pulling away from the wall. Corner beam wallpaper cracking but the main issue was my girlfriend who has eczema and has to be careful with her skin, pointing out to me the shower head had mold as a property manager I can tell you that is a health code violation, not knowing what is hitting your skin or face; she refused to use the shower the next morning. I took photos of all these items. Staff was nice and accommodating but the site needs repair. And someone got away with firing fireworks in the adjacent lot keeping us up till well past 2am. Something I don't blame the hotel for, but it just exacerbated the situation with lack of sleep. Definitely not my best stay especially on the 4th of july weekend.
