The breakfast was really good, the staff is very friendly, and the room was comfortable and in great condition. Good thing the property has a laundry room very reasonable price. The parking is free.
We asked for cleaning and thought the room would just be taken care of, but it wasn’t. When I asked about it, they told me housekeeping is only done on certain days and you have to schedule it at the front desk. By the way we weren’t informed at the moment of the check in.

The rooms were nice, location was close to seaworld. Pool was nice. Room we were in was very private. Restrooms are clean carpet was clean 10/10.
The only thing is breakfast needs more attention. I understand it’s complimentary but one waffle maker for 50+ plus people in the morning is not good. Also the fruit, pastries and coffee need attention the entire stay at the hotel was great. location was great but breakfast was not. That is the only thing I have to say about my stay.

The shower was DISGUSTING when we got there. I scrubbed some of it myself because even when house keeping came no one cleaned it. Also the front desk guy was just somewhat rude
The location is very convenient and well connected, and the parking area is comfortable and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were able to stay with our dog. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well equipped overall.
We experienced a power outage during the night that lasted about an hour. Because of this, when we went down for breakfast around 8:00 am, we were told it was not ready yet, even though breakfast is advertised from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Our room faced the parking lot, so there was noticeable noise from cars throughout the night and early morning.
Additionally, we found live and dead cockroaches in the room, which gave us the impression that the room may not have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. But in total my husband saw and killed at least 6 German roaches during the night. One of those crawled on the bed while he was reading on his phone. It seems to me room 211 has an infestation and should be fumigated and cleaned before receiving new guests.
Nice quiet location out of the main downtown. Room was big enough for a solo traveler with Single king size bed. Internet was good. Ample parking space.
Breakfast was very simple and service was slow

Clean, comfortable, staff was professional and courteous. The kitchen and maintenance staff were on top of making sure breakfast was served and rooms were maintained. Dora and her team; Maribel, Rachel, Terry, and Aaron were great! So was Garrett

I think they need to clean better the rooms the first room we got had a roach in the bathroom on the wall we had to kill it and i checked the room out i saw other dead ones so i called the front desk and Garret helped us out by moving us to a different room and that other room was cleaner then the previous but the room smelled like clean but it had an order that needs to be addressed and maybe clean behind the stove and fridge better i usually check the before i get all my luggage off for any pest
