I was embarrassed to pay after I paid through Expedia I was told they never received the money.

Pros:

The key to this hotel is its price. The hotel is older and somewhat run down, but the price is right and the people do the best they can with what they have. The internet works, but the included breakfast is pathetic. It took me three days to find a decent breakfast. The neighborhood is not good and it is a $4 or $5 cab ride to the center historic district or the modern shopping district in the other direction. I normally walked it in 20 minutes or so for the exercise.The TV channels are also sad in that there is virtually nothing in English. The staff was kind enough to get me ice for my afternoon martini in my room.
