Lovely Staff, Lovely Food, Lovely Place!
Pros:

We were welcomed very warmly by the staff, the food was excellent, and the onsen was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean, plus nice and cool with a window open and the fresh mountain air entering the room.

Cons:

For some people, the location may be difficult, but if you have a car, it is a nice place to be with a lovely lake just a few minutes walking away.

大満足です。また来たいです！
Pros:

スタッフの方の温かなおもてなしがとても良かったです。
また女神湖から近く落ちついた雰囲気のロケーションで白樺が綺麗でした。
またお食事もとても美味しくてダイニングルームもゆったり過ごせて良かったです。

Cons:

部屋に置いてあるルームウェアが、冬なのに半袖だったので、長袖を置いて頂けると嬉しいです。

Exceptional
Pros:

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The meals, French with a Japanese twist, were perfect and absolutely delicious!

Cons:

The option of a double bed would be nice but the twin beds were comfortable and the pillows were equally comfortable.
