Pros:

部屋が綺麗だった。
温泉施設が綺麗だった。
必要なものがホテルの中で揃うのはとてもいいと思った。

Cons:

夜のレストランで、従業員が少ないのか厨房と連携が取れておらず、料理が届くのに非常に時間がかかっていた。
再オーダー確認をした時に、
『混雑しているので遅くなります』
と言われたが、お盆の時期に混雑するのは当たり前で予想できなかったのか？と思うし、お客さんがきてしまうから遅くなるんだと言われてるようで意味がわからなかった。

2人で泊まったが、着替えの上下セットが1着しかなかった。
届けてもらいました。
