Pros:

朝食はおいしく、大浴場ではゆったりと入浴できた。

Cons:

厨房の調理時間帯にエアコンから油の匂いが部屋に入ってきて不快だった。換気しても匂いが抜けなかった。部屋が2階だったため厨房の上だったのだろうか。

Despite minor inconveniences, Route-Inn is still just as good.
Pros:

I very often stay at this hotel chain during my travels because the price-to-quality ratio suits me perfectly. For instance, they offer smoking rooms; while the rooms themselves aren't huge, they are quite comfortable. Often—as is the case with this particular hotel—there is a large public bathhouse, a buffet breakfast, and an on-site restaurant that serves tasty, affordable food.

Cons:

There are no major issues, though I do have a few comments. Parking can be a bit of a hassle; despite the lot being quite large, it can fill up completely during the holiday season. There are additional parking areas nearby, but I had to spend time figuring out where they were and driving around between them to find a spot.
The electronic appliances in the room—such as the exhaust fan, air conditioner, and refrigerator—are rather noisy; I had to turn them all off at night. Also, while the mattress and orthopedic pillow were comfortable and soft, the bedding setup was awkward. Instead of the standard method where the duvet goes inside a cover, they used a layered arrangement: you, the cover, and then the duvet. This setup only works if you don't move at all while sleeping; otherwise, it is quite inconvenient.

Pros:

ユニットバスは慣れないので、大浴場の温泉は嬉しかった。

Cons:

空きがなかったので止むなく喫煙ルーム泊。
覚悟はしていたものの…臭いはかなり厳しい。

木更津、意外に良いところ
Pros:

基本的にはとても良かったですよ。

Cons:

連泊のエコノミーをお願いしたのですが、パジャマを変えないのがスタンダード。いつも利用する他のホテル(AホテルやDホテル)と比べて、いかがかな？と言う印象です。

寝不足でした。
Pros:

清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

以前に泊まった方の目覚ましのセットが解除されておらず、夜中になり始め、メガネをかけていなかったので止め方も分からず、手探りで止めても再度なり出すということが3回くらい続き、最終的に電池をはずすことにしました。また、上の会の方がうるさくて夜中11時を過ぎても音が鳴り止まず。とにかくよく眠れなかったです。
