Good location, big and clean room.

Cons:

Card payment machine is old, not accepting newer cards. No electric coffee kettle. Not very accommodating for small requests like checkout extension even I am willing to pay an extra hour

Pros:

Very cozy and welcoming. Typical Armenian open-heartiness
Unbelievable size of the room with 3 floors, sauna (paid separately 5000 dr), cold baths and a swimming pool. Good price for such a set of facilities and space

Cons:

Old furniture, noisy AC, no shower door in big room, 9am starts the technical noise from the window (car repair shop)

Pros:

Good hotel with cosy rooms. Really good and comfort place. Good location in the map. Good personal. Good Wi-Fi

Cons:

bathroom quite old. the shower constantly floods and cigarette smoke constantly goes through the ventilation and the front door, since smoking is allowed in the hotel

With this price it is a good hotel with good connection to the center.
Pros:

Administrator was very very kind and helpful. As we booked the room with shared bathroom, she offered other rooms or washing possibilities. The room with shared bathroom was clean, had a sink, tv, window/door that could be opened. Good and quick connection with the center- metro, bus, taxi. Market is very near. We spent there 3 nights and it was ok.

Cons:

1 evening there was a compressor working loudly outside very near. It stopped at some point in the evening and night was quiet. There is very poor internet signal in the room.

Pros:

very kind staff and manager, I checked in late at night and had no problems with that. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the railway station, which is also very convenient. The hotel has seating areas. Overall, this place has a nice atmosphere and great staff.
