Es un hotel del tipo familiar, está céntrico, está limpio y el desayuno está muy bien, hasta te puedes hacer tú mismo el zumo de naranja natural. Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito, aunque es pequeño y si el hotel está completo no caben todos los vehículos, en marzo cuando yo viaje, se podía aparcar perfectamente.
Un hotel tranquilo para descansar.
La falta de personal, (en recepción muchas veces no había nadie), mi viaje fue en marzo, temporada baja, supongo que sería por ese motivo.
La situación es muy buena, junto a la Colegiata y cerca del Ayuntamiento.
El edificio es muy bonito, y el ambiente en general es agradable.
El desayuno rico y bien surtido, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio.
El trato del personal cercano y amable
La puerta de acceso a la recepción nos dio muchos problemas. En teoría se abría aproximando la llave a un teclado, pero era necesario probar repetidas veces hasta que funcionaba.
El agua caliente no funcionó bien. Después de mucho dejar correr el agua solo caliente llegaba a salir ligeramente templada, y a ratos volvía a salir fría. Fue muy incómodo y casi imposible ducharse.
La puerta del garaje con frecuencia quedaba mal cerrada, lo que daba una cierta impresión de inseguridad.

La arquitectura del Hotel y su decoración.
Todo fue perfecto.
Se trata de un palacio del siglo XVI, del primer Conde de Buenavista y del Cerro, por tanto con historia, muy bien acondicionado y muy bonito. Tranquilo y centrico, con aparcamiento en el bajo. El personal superamable y atento. Repetible
Tiene mucho encanto.
El personal muy atento. La habitación muy limpia, amplia y cómoda.
Edificio antiguo y bien conservado. Buena ubicación. Habitación grande.
Baño descuidado y antiguo. La cama se hundía hacia el centro. Y desayuno mejorable.
Servicio limpio y muy profesional. El buffe del desayuno fenomenal. No había nada caliente pero da igual.
Falta del jacuzzi 😉

Buena ubicación y lo singular del edificio, las empleadas son muy amables y atentas.
Lo único que no me gustó fue el colchón que estaba hundido, necesita un cambio.
Todo en general la atención y el trato de diez volveré sin duda
Todo, el personal muy atento y simpático, el hotel es precioso, merece mucho la pena.
