Top Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top und man kommt zu Fuß sehr schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr gut mit dem Shuttlebus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen - von der Haltestelle sind es nur noch 4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel. Am besten hat uns das reichhaltige Frühstück gefallen - alles dabei, frisch und lecker und zusätzlich noch viel Lokales. Die Kritik am Spa-Bereich konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, er ist nicht riesig, dafür alles dabei - sauber, und nicht voll. Wir haben auch das günstige und praktische Angebot des Fahrradverleihs genutzt. Man sucht sich im Fahrrad-Keller sein Fahrrad selber aus und kann es für 11€ den ganzen Tag nutzen. Es gibt sogar Jugendfahrräder. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern. Betten top.

Pros:

Great location and good room sizes. Very convenient for everything you want to do in Palma and 30 mins from the airport via bus and including a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really attentive.

Spa and rooftop is excellent and perfect for a tan

Cons:

The rooms can get very steamy and a little bit musty over a few days staying in the same room when you have a shower as there isn’t a fan in the bathroom. This however is minor and everything is excellent

Palma short break.
Pros:

Superb location in a quiet area. Welcoming and attentive staff. Cleanliness and modern room decor. Facilities on offer like the spa and top floor pool and lounging area. Variety of choice for breakfast.

Cons:

Not much to dislike in my opinion. Would have appreciated a daily complimentary bottle of water.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The facilities and hotel itself were beautiful. Modern and very chic decor. Breakfast was varied and always plentiful. The location was ideal, 15 minutes walk to everywhere but tucked away from the hustle and noise.

Cons:

The rooftop bar wasn't open so when by the pool, had to get dressed to go to the ground floor for refreshments

Lovely stay but stung with a parking charge
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean and the facilities of the hotel included sauna, steam room and two pools. Location was in the middle of everything.

Cons:

We hired a car while we were there and as the parking garage was open we drove straight in. I was then told a few days later that the parking came with a daily charge of 18 euros. I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned at arrival and the staff took no responsibility for this.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Service, leckeres Frühstück, gute und günstige Bar
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wechselndes Angebot an warmen Gerichten. Unterschiedliche Säfte, Brot und Brötchen. spanischer Käse und Wurstwaren, viel süßes Gebäck. Zimmer sehr modern, sehr gute Betten. Es gibt einen Pool auf dem Dach und eine Bar. Haben wir nicht benutzt, war zu kalt. zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt.

Der kl. Kühlschrank sollte kälter sein.
Es ist ein Stadthotel deswegen ist die Aussicht nicht berauschend.

Sehr gute Frühstuck

Cons:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer, in dem es kaum möglich war, das Fenster zu öffnen oder Tageslicht hereinzulassen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Schulgebäude, sodass man aus Privatsphäregründen die Jalousien ständig geschlossen halten musste.
Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Gäste mit Auto: Die Hotelgarage befindet sich im Untergeschoss, und es ist unbedingt notwendig, vorab die genaue Adresse der Einfahrt zu erfragen. Da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt, gibt es keine Kurzzeitparkmöglichkeiten für den Check-in. Ohne diese Information muss man sonst eine größere Runde fahren, um wieder zur Einfahrt zu gelangen.

Amazing Hotel in Central Palma.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel just a 5 minute walk from the old town. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a large comfy bed.
It was amazing having access to the spa during the stay. We also used the massage service too which was a wonderful end to our trip.
Breakfast had a enormous choice of food and changed daily.
Staff were very friendly and approachable.
Brilliant location for getting on/off the airport drop off route.
We would highly recommend for a long weekend to explore Palma.

Everything was perfect.
