Хороший отель, вкусный завтрак. Персонал отзывчивый. Было чисто, комната хорошо обставлена.

Cons:

Был заявлен теплый бассейн на крыше. При заселении мы специально спросили, с подогревом ли он, на что на рецепции сказали, что да. В тоге он был холодный, мы не смогли искупаться.

Incredible value for money.
Pros:

We found this to be half the price of some other hotels in Palma. It was lovely location too and a really nice restaurant street up around the corner. The hotel was clean, modern, lovely indoor pool & sauna. Rooftop pool was perfect for the sunny days too.

Cons:

The pillows were a little strange on the bed.

El desayuno era brutal

Cons:

Que el personal de limpieza no nos hiciera la habitación 3 días seguidos y solo nos canviaron las toallas el primer dia, los otros tres días las toallas sin canviar i la habitación sin hacer.

+ Egyptian cotton bedding, omg, so soft!

+ Nice design of the rooms and the hotel

+ Nice cosmetics
+ Great shower
+ Great location, 10 minutes walk to the center
+ Restaurants everywhere around the hotel
+ Safe street, police next door

Cons:

- Breakfast area was very noisy and very small part os designed for where the food can be placed, so it becames crowded and you have to wait to grab some food. Also the choice of food is not massive. All basic things but nothing special.
- The back side view is not great but the design of the windows and blinds makes up for it, so it was not a problem for me.

Pros:

Voyageant régulièrement, cet hôtel fait partie des meilleurs que j'ai fréquenté, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel, le mini bar bien pratique, le calme, la piscine extérieure chauffée et les matelas confortables autour, le petit déjeuner sucré salé bien complet.

Cons:

Le revêtement glissant dans la douche. Un petit balcon serait un plus.
