Important information:

All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

Please note that the hotel indicates in its reservation policy that 50 dhs (the equivalent of 5 euros) will be taken from the customer's bank card to test its validity and that this is nonrefundable in the event of cancelation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

La piscine était très agréable, la suite était spacieuse confortable et très jolie. Les équipements très efficaces. La gentillesse du personnel

Pros:

Un excellent séjour ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service, les chambres spacieuses avec piscine privative, le confort des espaces ainsi que le calme absolu qui règne dans l’établissement. Une expérience relaxante que je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif a été la présence de nombreux insectes à l’extérieur des chambres, ce qui a parfois un peu gêné les moments passés en terrasse

Quite far out - like a low budget dubai hotel. Terrible breakfast and literally 1 person could speak English. No comprehension of customer service

Je me suis sentie complètement arnaquée car ma réservation incluait le déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner, mais à mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m'a informée qu'elle était modifiée pour ne inclure que le dîner. Ni la réservation ni le personnel n'avaient mentionné de limite de prix. Au moment de mon départ, ils ont tenté de me faire payer et n'ont fait preuve d'aucune empathie jusqu'à ce que je règle la note. Ils n'ont proposé aucune solution avant que je ne paie. Soyez très prudents, car ils sont très agressifs.

So nice we came back for a second stay!
Pros:

The pool area! And the pool at our room too. And the style and decor in the hotel was beautiful, it felt so luxury. We also loved the walk to our room under the bougainvillea, so special!

La personne chargée de l’accueil n’était pas particulièrement souriante et son attitude peu chaleureuse. Aussi un problème avec la demi pension qui a été réglé par la responsable de réservation.Le Gym était mal entretenu.

De kamer was erg ruim, netjes en had alle voorzieningen. Het zwembad en de bedjes waren ook netjes en het was allemaal ruim opgezet. We hebben ook een paar keer geluncht bij het hotel dat was ook allemaal netjes verzorgd.
