All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

Please note that the hotel indicates in its reservation policy that 50 dhs (the equivalent of 5 euros) will be taken from the customer's bank card to test its validity and that this is nonrefundable in the event of cancelation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Perfect for families.
Pros:

A beautiful pool area and kids are really welcome. The room was spacious and clean. A real oasis with little signs of aging 🙂

Schöne gepflegte Anlage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt schön ruhig und doch nahe zur Innenstadt ( 5km ) . Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig. Der Pool ist beheizt. Auch wenn es mal etwas kühler ist kann man locker baden. Sonnenliegen hat es ausreichend.

Cons:

Hoteleigener Taxiservice in die Innenstadt ist teuer (15 Euro ). Restaurant ist sehr schön aber das Personal mäßig sehr langsam und nicht wirklich freundlich.
Essen gut aber nicht überragend.
Wäre der kleiner Herr ( er heißt Affane ) nicht gewesen wären wir wahrscheinlich verhungert und verdurstet .Er ist quirlig und wirklich bemüht.Hätten die anderen auch nur die Hälfte seines Engagements wäre das super.

All the staff seem lovely people. The pool is lovely, or would be, but they sell ‘day passes’ to anyone so on a nice day it’s too busy with randoms taking the best beds

Rooms are lovely

Cons:

Service is comically bad. They are professional ignorers, then when you give up waiting and tell them you want to take your drinks (or lunch/dinner) as you’ve been waiting 15 minutes, they bicker like 10 year old siblings rather than doing anything about it. we stayed 10 days and the same dirty glasses where there when we left that were on certain benches as when we got there. the hotel is very isolated. Absolutely nothing within a walkable distance and not a hotel bus offering travel into the Médina, so it’s everything needs to be planned with taxis. Also the regular smell of septic tank issues is not pleasant.

Agréable avec un beau temps
Pros:

Très bel espace, magnifique et propre

Cons:

Certaines actions du personnel, on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était inclus et finalement on se retrouve à payer 6 petits déjeuner avant de partir. Aucune proposition de bouteille d’eau gratuite.

Relativement isolé. Minimum 25 minutes de taxi pour aller quelque part donc obligés de consommer dans l’hôtel et pas de possibilité de se dire « on va manger dans un restaurant aux alentours »
