Pros:

Le personnel est disponible est très gentil. Par contre l'hôtel devraient être rénové. Il commence à être vieillissant. Cher pour ce qu'il propose. L'hygiène n'est pas au rendez-vous et les équipements pourraient être plus moderne. Par contre, le cuisine est le vrai plus. Toute la carte est incroyablement délicieuse, les prix correcte. Bravo au cuisinier

First trip to Marrakech.
Pros:

Quiet, peacefully away from hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious room, nice pool. Friendly staff. Good food, lots of variety on menu.

Cons:

Booked a room with pool view. Had been reallocated to others and we were given a bungalow which we'd originally cancelled.to go for pool view. Ended up in a family room with no view but at a price of pool view suite which we'd already paid for so abit disappointed. Maybe try not to double book rooms going forward.

Très bon séjour, dans le calme tout en étant proche de Marrakech
Pros:

Après Marrakech qui est animée, nous avions besoin de calme, et c'est ce qu'offre cet hôtel. Le confort des suites est superbe avec une piscine privée.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés.
Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute.

Le personnel , le monsieur du matin très gentil

Cons:

Nous avons réservé un hôtel avec deux lits, on s’est retrouvé juste avec un lit et un canapé on a demandé en plusieurs fois de pouvoir faire le changement. Personne est né vers nous, on a été cinq ou six fois à la réception c’était la même chose. Au final on a dormi sur un canapé

Please read my comments above. My husband and I were lucky to be upgraded to a super Suite due to us staying for 2 weeks
Pros:

The setting and our Suite were fabulous. The Staff were amazing and very attentive. A special thanks to:
Nasser and his lovely wife; Mohamed the junior manager who was very personable and always dressed very well; the Barman (injured his hand but still worked hard)( the guys looking after the Pool & Gardens; and All of the Cleaning & Room service Staff.

Cons:

We did find the Pool a little too warm for swimming. It is a great temperature for the children, however, we like to swim lengths every day and as the water was approximately 30 degrees at times, a swim was not very refreshing!
We also felt that sometimes the Day Guests were quite noisy and tended to ‘take over’ the area adjacent to the pool & kids pool.
I think it would be beneficial to prioritise the Hotel Guests and ask them if they’d like to reserve a Poolside Sun-beds; prior to offering full choice of sun-beds to the Day Guests. As the Hotel offers a high standard of service and amenities, I believe you should charge a Higher Rate for the Day Guests passes as this would attract a more amenable type of guests. Several Resident Guests I spoke with were very unhappy about the large influx of Day Guests as they often interrupted the tranquility and enjoyment of the beautiful setting.

Une invitation a ralentir et s’émerveiller.
Pros:

Tout, le lieu est reposant calme, même si il y a du monde la piscine est grande y a pas de bruit. Les gens sont calme. Le lieu invite à la relaxation et à l’évasion. Tout les monde est au petit soin pour passer un très bon séjour.

Excellent spot for relaxing and chilling
Pros:

We had such an excellent time at Palais Mirage. We spent two nights there, the junior suite was clean, cozy and comfy, the bathroom was spacious and nice. The breakfast was great, you could order a fresh Msemen, crepe or omelet. Especial thanks to Afan who made sure that our stay is prefect, and Meriam at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff as well.
