All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

Beautiful and friendly place with nice pool. Really spacious rooms! Very helpful and lovely staff.

As the owners of a luxe AirBnB you can imagine we have a long list of non-negotiables when selecting accommodation for our annual sisters’ holiday!
Palais de Mirage d’Atlas ticked every box. And then some.
The property is set amidst beautifully maintained mature gardens and oozes charm.
The rooms are exceptional - they must be the largest I’ve ever stayed in - and all have their own unique and authentic style.
The food and beverage offering is a perfect mix of local and western - something to suit everyone’s tastes. And not all hotels serve alcohol in Morrocco so we were delighted to be able to enjoy our ‘apero’ every evening before dinner and sup wine into the evening. The staff didn’t even mind that we asked for a portion of ice with every glass… just one of our quirks they catered to.
Which leads me nicely onto the staff. They are all fantastic and very professional. From the restaurant and bar staff, to the pool guys, the sweet room attendants and the team at reception - everyone delivers a high level of service.
NB - as further testament to our review, we stayed 4 nights here initially before transferring to a Riad in the Medina for the second part of our week. We kept comparing the Riad and after one night there we came back to Palais Mirage d’Atlas! We felt like we had come home when we checked back in, and were warmly welcomed like family by all the staff.
We will be back! This is now on our Go-to list of holiday options and I plan to bring my husband next month. 💙🩵💛

J'étais en demi-pension. Pas de buffet et Le choix a la carte n'est pas varié ( pas de poisson ni viande ) que du poulet . Le choix est très limité. Le tajine et couscous à améliorer..
L’accueil, l’amabilité, le sérieux et le service pour satisfaire les clients.
La propreté, le sourire du personnel, l’ambiance chaleureuse.
Très bon rapport qualité/ prix.
Et la gentillesse générale de l’ensemble des personnels.

Staff are so friendly and helpful
Grande chambre agréable juste ils ne donnent pas d’eau alors que l’eau n’est pas potable au Maroc. Ils vendent les grandes bouteilles à 6€ c’est du vol.

La propreté de notre chambre, beaucoup d’imperfections, senteur de la canalisation baie vitrée qui ferme mal.
The hotel was very clean and the heated swimming pool was a big plus since the weather was not the warmest. The breakfast was good.
It was very far away from the center of Marrakesh and we had to travel twice in a day which cost around 10 euros per ride. The restaurant and services were overpriced.

Le petit déjeuner, le room service, les repas très bon, l'emplacement de l'hôtel au calme dans la palmeraie.
Installation de maniere generale assez vieillissante, que ça soit au niveau des chambres ou de l'hôtel. Cela ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos. Les chambres ne sont pas tres bien insonorisées, entendre les voisins parler dans leur salle de bain à 3h du matin cest pas cool. L'ensemble fait que le tarrif est bien trop élevé pour la prestation.
