All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

Avant de partir ils mon réclamer une taxe de séjour 75euro pour rien. Se n’est pas normal de payer une taxe de 75euro en pluss alors que mon séjour étais déjà payé ( des voleurs )

Excelente lugar para descansar, boas instalações, bons funcionários, vou voltar de certeza!
Pros:

O espaço é muito bonito, quartos espaçosos e bem equipados, bom acesso wifi por todo o hotel.
Ficamos 7 noites e gostamos muito, o hotel tem muita vegetação por todo o lado, piscinas junto aos quartos e uma grande piscina no centro. Almoçamos e jantamos muitas vezes no hotel e ao contrário de alguns comentários que li no booking os preços são corretos, pratos bem confeccionados e saborosos. Pessoal prestável, maioria simpáticos. Agradeço a amabilidade que tiveram de me colocarem uma mesa e cadeira no quarto para eu poder trabalhar um pouco ao final do dia, foram super atenciosos. Especial destaque para o senhor que recolhia os nossos pedidos ao pequeno almoço, sempre simpático, dinâmico e profissional. Um muito obrigado pelo excelente serviço da menina que todos os dias nos atendia ao jantar (desculpe não saber o seu nome), ela foi incansável, e fez com que os jantares fossem sempre muito agradáveis, os outros funcionários que nos serviam ao jantar eram bons mas ela destacou-se pela positiva. Nota final, a distancia deixou de ser problema, usei Uber a semana toda, estão sempre pertos e acho o valor de 10€ para chegar ao centro justo.

Cons:

Gostei te tudo, mas gostaria de deixar aqui umas sugestões. O sistema de entrega das toalhas para a piscina não faz sentido, deveriam rever isso, sentar-me na piscina pelas 10h30 e esperar 20 minutos pelas toalhas não deveria acontecer, sendo que a um dado momento eu já ia buscar as toalhas ao depósito sozinho.
A musica ambiente que era muito agradável era intermitente, ora existia ora não existia.
Não deveria ser permitido a ninguém o uso de colunas de som individuais, isso é muito desagradável e não percebo o medo dos funcionários em chamar a atenção dessas pessoas, imaginem se todos fizéssemos isso.

The hotel doesnt facilitate access to drinking water apart from relatively small bottles from the bar tghat were not cheap (not a solution for a family of four). This is a basic requirement and needs a much better solution

Un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Le palais est très agréable, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel. Tout le monde est d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriants, attentionnés et aux petits soins, ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.

On se sent immédiatement bien accueilli et comme à la maison. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe pour leur travail et leur dévouement, car ils méritent sincèrement d’être félicités ! 👏❤️

Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour ! ✨
