All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

Really beautiful and personable
Pros:

Small and cozy but still luxurious and very comfortable- does not have that big hotel feel, all the same. The breakfast was lovely

Nothing to report really. To note it’s not in the centre of town so will need taxi or car to get around - but that’s fairly obvious from seeing the location

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mon mari en demi-pension, et sincèrement, ce fut l'un des meilleurs séjours de notre vie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la flexibilité du personnel : nous avons pu bénéficier d'un check-in tardif ainsi que d'une indulgence pour le check-out, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Côté restauration, tout était parfait. Les repas étaient excellents, aussi bien pour le petit-déjeuner que pour le déjeuner : variés, frais et savoureux. Un vrai plaisir à chaque repas.
Les infrastructures sont au top : une très belle piscine, des jeux dans le jardin pour se détendre, une salle de sport bien équipée... tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients. La literie est irréprochable, nous avons dormi comme des bébés. La propreté est exemplaire dans tout l'établissement et la sécurité est vraiment rassurante.
Mais le point le plus important, et celui qui tait toute la différence, c'est le personnel. Que ce soit au restaurant, au bord de la piscine, à l'accueil ou à l'entrée de l'hôtel, tout le monde est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. On se sent vraiment choyés du début à la fin.
Un immense bravo à toute l'équipe pour ce professionnalisme et cette bienveillance. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs magnifiques et une seule envie : revenir le plus vite possible. Merci pour tout !

Great throughout
Pros:

Really lovely, secluded and well maintained. I usually find swimming pools too cold and thought that the warmer pool would be good for me but the larger and colder pool was the perfect temperature for swimming and relaxing in, even in winter. The smaller pool was almost bath temperature and was great for laying back in. The suite was great, very large bedroom, living room and bathroom. The suite was also secluded and had its own private swimming pool that wasn’t mentioned in the description! The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
