A lovely hotel approx 5 miles from the centre. Good sized pool and tropical gardens with plenty of sun loungers. My suite was large with a bath and shower. Breakfast good. I ate dinner at the hotel every night. Varied menu consisting pasta, burgers and authentic Moroccan dishes and reasonably priced. I very much enjoyed my stay.

On a passé un super moment à Marrakech. Notre suite était super comfortable et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était super, avec beaucoup de variétés. Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique, Afane était particulièrement accommodant. Ils peuvent s’adapter aux différents régimes alimentaires.
Peut être un peu loin de la ville mais l’hôtel peut réserver un taxi. 30 min jusqu’à l’aéroport, 15 min jusqu’à la Medina
Un super accueil, une équipe adorable, des chambres superbes et très propres, piscine chauffée…. Bref merci à toute l’équipe et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

A beautiful hotel, heated pool, sweedish (good and tasty) breakfast and a la carte dinner. We loked the food at the restaurant except one soup, big portions. The service was good and the staff is very kind, the garden is beautiful. With a car is not far from the city, for us it was perfect, because we wanted tranquility and we had a car. Also the heating in the rooms was very good and the pool temperature was perfect.

Un lieu incroyable, une équipe adorable. Calme, plein de charme. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel. À refaire très vite !
Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cet hotel avec notre bébé.
Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable et surtout tres propre (nettoyée tous les jours par le personnel) , la piscine chauffée était un vrai plus pour fin février. Le service, notemment pour les réservations de taxis, était tres professionnel.
Nous n'avons pas était tres bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Sans doute parce que c'était l'heure de la rupture du jeune donc l'équipe était réduite. Prevoir un bon budget taxi car l'hotel est bien excentré.

The staff where so friendly and helpful, the heated pool was great and a must, as it wasn’t that sunny early in the season. It is a tranquil spot. The food was of a good quality and reasonable price. There was an ok breakfast with hot food available if you asked.
The shower was a little mouldy, I would say that’s because it’s made of a weird choice of material, concrete. This is not ideal and the mornings and evening in winter are very cold so it’s very damp. It was cleaned again after we had a word.
The extra bed was a sofa. Not really described in the booking. It was very firm! But size wise the room was good.
The food was good quality Moroccan and French but the same menu for lunch and evening. Can get a bit repetitive. Wouldn’t want to stay longer, 3 nights. I would suggest a coffee machine at breakfast is also required as the coffee in a thermos is not hot enough.
There are very many people who use this hotel as a day out. So it can get very busy with day trips, I would say it’s no more than 3 star hotel. It was Very good value, but I will pay more next time for a better quality experience.
The shuttle listed was a taxis that’s booked and paid by yourself. The two pools? I think they mean the kiddies pool which is a shallow pool at the top of the main pool. This I would say definitely only a kiddies pool.
