Pros:

We had a difficult first night because of the heat. After speaking to the manager at reception (Ajan, I think), he moved us to another room, which was much cooler and more suitable. I would like to commend him: he was very helpful despite being very busy and the hotel being full. The location was convenient for the station and other sights, being very near to the tram stop.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the hallways was very bad. We recently stayed in the Salzburg MEININGER, which was excellent so we were shocked at how dirty the floors were here. The lack of ventilation is the rooms is difficult in hot weather. The windows hardly open

Zimmer/Bad waren dreckig
Keine Klimaanlage, das Zimmer war sehr warm, Fenster konnte man nicht wirklich öffnen deshalb sehr schlechte Luft
Sehr laut am Abend/Nacht weil viele Klassen da waren, sind draußen am Eingang gesessen leider hat vom Personal die an der Rezeption waren und das gehört haben leider keiner was gesagt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Super klimatisiertes und schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer war klebrig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war schwierig aufgrund fehlender Deutschkenntnisse ihrerseits.

Convenient location and helpful staff

Cons:

The critical flaw of this place is the lack of air conditioning. Eight people crammed into a room without AC in summer is absolute hell. Unless you’re a sauna enthusiast or desperate to lose weight, I strongly advise against staying here.

Konumunu sevdik.

Cons:

Odalarda klima yok. Çok sıcaktı , 1 kez temizlik istedik gelmedi. Çok gürültü vardı öğrenci oteli gibiydi.
