Important information:

The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings.

All card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee.

Hot Tub service can be requested upon previous reservation.

The property has crib service for any of the rooms.

Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in.

Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there.

If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card.

If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.

If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.

If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pas mal mais avec des frais additionnels
Pros:

Nous avons la chambre 10 et elle était bien, les rideaux étaient bien occultants. Eau et micro-onde à disposition dans le hall.

Cons:

Faites attention de bien lire l’annonce, on ne l’a pas fait et en arrivant la piscine n’était accessible qu’en supplément de 700/jour. Et au prix de la nuit affiché par booking, sera facturé en plus une taxe de l’île de 35/jour/personne.
Il n’y a pas de vraie porte pour les toilettes donc peu d’intimité.

Pros:

Le gérant de l'hôtel est très gentil et s'est rendu disponible pour toutes nos demandes, il parle même français !
Les chambres sont confortables, et il y a une salle commune très agréable.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en arrivant, et en repartant. Notre chambre était prête plus tôt que prévu, et il y a une douche et des toilettes utilisables après le check out, ce qui est parfait pour profiter de l'île jusqu'au bout !

Pros:

La guest house se trouve dans un beau jardin tropical, à 2 pas de la plage.
Ma chambre, propre et calme, donnait sur une jolie terrasse en bambou.
Le lit est très grand et confortable.
Tout fonctionne correctement et j'ai bien dormi, pas de bruit la nuit.
Le personnel est aimable.

Cons:

La femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre alors que je sortais de la douche...
Les nombreux messages WhatsApp avec la liste des amendes à payer si on oublie la clim, si on perd les clés, si on vole une serviette, pour vous demander à l'heure du check out de quitter la chambre.

Hôtel calme très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel super bien situé au calme et à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville, possibilité de louer des vélos pour visiter, accès à frigo et de l’eau, tous les matins nous avions du café chaud, les propriétaires sont très agréable, on a du mal à partir.

Pros:

Jordi war ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und wir hatten direkten Blick ins Grüne. Es war ausserdem sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir das ganze Dorf und die Insel entdecken. Die Fahrräder kann man direkt in der Unterkunft mieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
