Important information:

The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings.

ll card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee.

The property has crib service for any of the rooms.

Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in.

Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there.

If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card.

If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.

If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.

If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Superbe!
Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre, le personnel ainsi que les propriétaires vraiment gentils. Le café et un frigo à disposition pour les occupants. Les chiens des propriétaires! Séjour mémorable, je recommande.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y se encuentra en una parte de la isla bastante tranquila, perfecta para evitar el ruido y estar relajado. Las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y ofrecen todo lo necesario si quieres desayunar, comer o cenar allí. El personal fue súper amable.

Top Lage in entspannter Atmosphäre😊
Pros:

Super freundliche Familie und Mitarbeiter, man geht nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand und ist schnell in der Stadt. Unterkunft hat einen Kühlschrank und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und ist sehr entspannt alles ❤️

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck und schnell kaltes Wasser aber das ist leider in Mexiko normal 😅

Optisch macht die Unterkunft was her - es könnte so gemütlich sein …

Cons:

Als Nichtraucherfamilie mit Kind war es ziemlich widerlich, jeden Morgen ab 6:00 von Zigarettenrauch im eigenen Zimmer geweckt zu werden - trotz geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Personal selbst stand morgens im Vorraum und hat fröhlich geraucht - der Rauch zieht durch die gesamte Unterkunft. Man könnte auch einfach 2m nach draußen gehen - aber nein. Wir haben das Personal drauf angesprochen und eine äußerst pampige Antwort bekommen - man könnte von Rauchern ja nicht erwarten, dass sie nicht rauchen. Aber offenbar erwartet das Hotelpersonal sehr wohl, dass ihre Gäste im Zigarettenrauch einschlafen - und aufwachen.

Das Geländer unseres Balkons war an der einen Seite kaputt - also nicht nur ein bisschen, es fehlte einfach an einer Seite komplett - dort wurde schlicht eine große Pflanze hingestellt. Wir hatten für eine Familie gebucht. Mit Kind 🙄

Ah - und noch eine Bemerkung zum Zimmer: Es gibt zwar ein privates Bad im Zimmer - dieses ist jedoch lediglich mit einer … ich wills nicht Tür nennen … mit einer vllt 1m hohen Klapptür vom Zimmer getrennt. Man kann also alles sehen, hören und riechen. Just fyi.

Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt - und können das Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Mon séjour a été tout simplement incroyable. J’ai adoré la chambre, mais surtout ce sentiment rare de se sentir comme à la maison dès l’arrivée.

Les propriétaires sont de véritables amours, tout comme leur manager Carly, qui a été absolument formidable. Nous avons rencontré quelques imprévus durant le séjour et ils ont tous été extrêmement présents, aidants et profondément humains. On se sent réellement soutenus, et ça fait toute la différence.

Ce sont aussi des personnes au grand cœur qui sauvent et accueillent des chiens, ce qui en dit long sur leurs valeurs. On sent qu’on est chez de vraiment bons humains, et cette énergie se reflète dans tout l’établissement.

L’endroit a une ambiance chaleureuse, presque familiale. La localisation est parfaite : assez proche de la plage et du centre pour tout faire à pied, mais suffisamment à l’écart pour profiter du calme le soir, sans le bruit du centre-ville.

Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et j’y retournerais sans hésiter

Pros:

Hôtel sympa et dans son jus ! À 150 mètres de la plage et à- de 10 min à pied du centre. Le personnel accueillant, aimable, gentil, toujours disponible. Cuisine partagée très fonctionnelle et propre. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande!

Cons:

Studio standard #2 le matelas devrait être changer. Le coquillage dans la douche est original mais peu pratique pour cheveux long.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit Garten, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentrumsnah.
Kein Massenhotel, sondern eine kleine, gemütliche und familiäre Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.
Jeden Morgen gibt es Kaffee und Tee, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.
Muchas gracias por todo y les deseamos todo lo mejor.

Merveilleux séjour à holbox
Pros:

L’accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires et du personnel qui n’hésitent à donner bcq d’infos resto activités et commande taxi si besoin… incroyable à ce niveau , jolie chambre très claire avec un très grand lit douche ok ménage quotidien et accès terrasse extérieur avec transat. - bon emplacement 5 min de la plage derrière e l’hôtel mystique - 20 min du port en taxi - 20 min à pied de punta coco

Petit conseil Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ne prenez pas des chambres à l’étage l’escalier n’est pas adapté

Havre de paix à holbox!
Pros:

Très belle chambre à l’étage supérieur. Très bon contact avec la réception avec toutes les indications. Situation au calme. Proche de la mer.

Cons:

Cet hôtel n’est pas en front de mer direct mais à quelques mètres.
Plutôt tres bien situé car un peu excentré de l’hyper centre.
