Important information:

The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings.

ll card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee.

The property has crib service for any of the rooms.

Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in.

Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there.

If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card.

If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.

If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.

If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La ubicación a 5 min del centro, accesible a todos los lugares importantes como punta cocos y punta mosquito a 10 min en bicicleta. Tienen además acuerdo con el hotel de enfrente y puedes acceder gratis a la playa.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no es completa por lo tanto entran olores a la habitación. Como sugerencia estaría bien que ofrecieran a parte de él café, leche y alguna galleta de cortesía.

Bel accueil et séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le contact avec nos hôtes était très convivial. Ils nous ont bien aidé aussi avant notre arrivée avec de bons conseils.
L’emplacement est très agréable, à la fois proche de tout mais pas dans l’hyper centre ce qui garantit le calme et la tranquillité la nuit.
La maison partagée est joliment décorée et la mise à disposition du frigo, eau, couverts, tables etc très pratique.
Les lieux étaient confortables et propres.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la poste de l’aérodrome assez proche mais heureusement le trafic aérien est très limité et uniquement pendant la journée.
La proportion d’un petit déjeuner payant devrait être envisagée.

L emplacement près de la plage, un peu excentré du centre.

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux, de l aérodrome.
La saleté des chambres infesté de bestioles.
Nous avons reçu un message par laquelle ils étaient intervenu dans les chambres pour éteindre les clim, et que la prochaine fois on devrait payer une amende, que c était stipulé dans le message d accueil que nous avons reçu 2 jours après être arrivé !
Les lits inconfortable .Pas d eau chaude et très peu de pression.
Un petit frigo commun à toutes les chambres.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre. Carlina, la réceptionniste, était vraiment très sympathique et nous a donné de très bons conseils. On la remercie pour ça. On a adoré y séjourner.

Pros:

Petit hôtel magnifique , un vrai havre de paix. Notre chambre au 2ieme étage était spacieuse et très lumineuse. L’emplacement est parfait à 1 mn de la plage et moins de 10 mn à pied du centre d’Holbox. La personne a l’accueil est très chaleureuse.

Nous aurions aimé que la description corresponde à la réalité et ne pas être réveillé par les lumières en pleine nuit

L’emplacement

Cons:

Porte de la chambre avec fenêtre sans rideau et donc être visibles de l’extérieur et lumière automatique qui nous réveillent en pleine nuit au moindre passage dans le couloir.
Descriptions de la chambre et de la terrasse non conformes à la réalité
Payer une chambre avec terrasse alors que la terrasse est commune à tous
Être réveillés par la lumière du jour et par le ménage à 7h
Recevoir une liste de règles et de pénalités dès notre arrivée sur place comme si nous étions à l’école

Très bon endroit où demeurer.
Pros:

Les hamacs.
Le café et thé le matin.
Le frigo.
Mais surtout le service qui répond rapidement aux demandes.

Cons:

La présence de chiens auxquels je suis allergique.
La construction de l'autre côté de la rue mais rien avoir avec l'hôtel Sirenas.
