Important information:

The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings.

All card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee.

Hot Tub service can be requested upon previous reservation.

The property has crib service for any of the rooms.

Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in.

Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there.

If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card.

If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.

If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.

If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Very nice stay and super helpful staff!
Pros:

Our room was spacious and we had a big balcony facing the garden. The common terrace on the last floor and the garden (with hammocks) are very nice to spend time at. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and they also let us leave our luggages for free before check in and after check out. The location is very good, 2 minutes from the beach and very close to nice restaurants.

Cons:

There are some hotel rules for which you’re not informed before reserving/paying and for which you are charged in case you break them (eg. leaving the lights/AC on when not in the room etc). This wasn’t our case but I found it a bit weird for a hotel to do that, given also the price.

Nel verde
Pros:

La stanza era accogliente e lo spazio esterno ti permetteva di rilassarti in mezzo ad uno spazio verde molto ampio. Ci sono tavoli grandi e anche amache a disposizione dove poterti rilassare e leggere un libro. Per terra c'è la sabbia quindi ti ricorda molto di stare direttamente in spiaggia.

Cons:

La doccia del bagno ha avuto diversi problemi e ci sono voluti due giorni per aggiustarla. Bisogna stare attenti a lasciare fuori i vestiti perché si riempiono di formiche quindi ci vorrebbe uno stendibiancheria oppure dei fili in alto dove poter stendere i vestiti ad asciugare.
Non è possibile chiedere in prestito degli asciugamani ma bisogna pagare il noleggio giornaliero.

« Mi casa es tu casa » - wir haben uns hier wie zuhause & sehr willkommen gefühlt. Schon vor Ankunft kontaktierte uns Carly, herzliche & kompetente Mitarbeiterin, mit Infos zu Anreise etc. Dieser positive Eindruck bestätigte sich vor Ort: Carly, Alicia & Jordi (Leitung) sind wunderbare Gastgeber, persönlich zugewandt & hilfsbereit. Ihre drei Hunde liebenswert & ruhig. Kleine, aber feine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit ‘Bohemian Chic’ im Haupthaus mit Wohn-/Essbereich, morgens Kaffee/Tee kostenlos, den wir auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen haben.

Cons:

Nur kleine Anregungen, da wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren. Wir haben im Zimmer 1 (Triple) im Garten gewohnt. Instabile, sich biegende & herunterfallende Plastik-Kleiderbügel habe ich ggü Carly angesprochen. Schminkspiegel (zB bei Tür/über Ablagebrett) wär’ schön (während andere Person/en im Bad ist/sind). Aussendusche im Garten, um Sand nicht ins Zimmer zu bringen & vielleicht Wäscheleine in hinterem, versteckten Gartenbereich …? DANKE vielmals für Eure Gastfreundschaft & Euer « offenes Ohr »!

Pros:

Limpio, parque muy agradable, comodo. No puedo poner 10 por lo qie expongo abajo. Estoy seguro que el comentario los va a ayudar a mejorar.

Cons:

Un punto por el que reservamos es porque tenía minipiscina, 6° foto, resulta que luego de llegar nos indican que era de pago, 40usd diarios. Otras cosas como la barbacoa o bicisñcletas de pago si la aclaran. Me sentí engañados. X otro lado nos cobraron impuesto municipal que otros alojamientos ya lo incluyen. Tampoco estaba aclarado en la publicación. Recibimos varios WhatsApp para q llevamos efectivo, intensos. No recibimos recibo por abonar en fectivo ni la tasa municipal, ni el 50% en efectivo. Nos sentimos engañados. En vez de pedir amablemente algunas cosas es habitual, nos dieron un WhatsApp con reglas, multa por entregar después de las 11hs, multa x papel en el baño, multa por dejar luces prendidas, multa por aire prendido. Multa , multa, multa, estoy seguro que van a aprender a tratar mejor al turista con el tiempo.......

Pros:

I loved my stay at Sirenas. The room was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space is beautiful. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in the hammock under the palm trees. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved meeting the friendly dogs who were about during the day. The location is brilliant - quiet and peaceful, but walking distance to the beach and town. Highly recommend, great value for money
