Comfortable and relaxing!
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the room. The staff was exceptional. Loved the decor and appreciated the lawn chairs in front of our room. Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I was disappointed that there was no cutlery, kettle or dishes. Even bare minimum would have been nice but the ladies were very accommodating. I should have probably looked a little closer when I booked

Pros:

I liked the location. The staff was really nice and it seems like a well run joint. The towns people were really nice too!

too foggy so the weather was a bit poor

Pros:

The only downside is the TV mounted on the wall in the neighboring room so when it was on the sound came straight through the wall. Modern TVs have the speakers on the back so having it on a shared wall is not a great idea. Luckily, we only had one night Where the people stayed up and watch TV. Other than that we loved everything about the place.

Pros:

Stayed in the waterside cottage at Friar's Bay Inn with two dogs. Clean, with most everything you might need for a stay on the Island. Located on the water, lovely waterfront view, great sunsets/sunrises, near the pharmacy, small supermarket, and basically next door to Porch restaurant. Very friendly helpful owners. Recommend the waterside cottage at Friar's Bay Inn, especially if you have one or two dogs.

Friars Bay Inn was a high point on our trip. Perfect location to explore Campobello Island.
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back. This is a “value” hotel but the rooms are very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, the bed linens were soft with a lovely warm comforter, the room was well appointed and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and close to the room. View was beautiful and the place was quiet and easy to get to. Lovely spot.

Cons:

No complaints about this lovely place. I would recommend it for people who just want a nice, clean, quiet, and peaceful space to stay.
