Very Satisfied with our stay. We will absolutely be going back next summer.
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful and is a 30 second walk from the beach. The owner's are absolutely lovely people. We felt very welcomed and we will absolutely be going back next summer.

I have no complaints. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Emplacement paradisiaque! :)
Pros:

Super emplacement, dame à l’accueil très gentille, chambre propre et confortable

Cons:

Les lits sont confortables, mais bougent et grincent un peu lorsqu’on bouge. Ce serait le seul point à améliorer!

Comfortable, friendly, convenient, relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Friendly, informative, accommodating. Nice view, handy to restaurants and the Roosevelt Park. Very nice bed, bedding, pillows. Loved having in room fridge and coffee maker.

Cons:

A bigger vanity for putting curling irons, cosmetics, etc would have been nice, but minor since we were only there one night. For a longer stay might’ve been a little more challenging

I would stay here again
Pros:

Right next to the ocean. With Adirondack chairs outside every room where you could sit and watch the beach. The rooms were surprisingly beautiful given that from the outside it looks like a more typical motel. They have cottages as well, which I can’t comment on.

Excellent mini split air-conditioning (which surprisingly was needed given the location, but it was quite warm when we were there). TV which I never turned on because why would you when you can watch the ocean

Jessie runs the main office and couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. I would definitely stay here again and the price was quite reasonable I thought.

We had a lovely comfortable room with a more than adequate kitchen facilities.

Im sure glad they had a heat pump.

It was a very comfy, clean and updated room.
Pros:

The location was great! Just across the street from a small beach, and you could watch the sunset from the motel.

Cons:

They have only one dog friendly room, and that is not clearly noted on Booking.com, nor do you have the option of booking a specific room. Luckily the hotel was very accommodating and moved us to the pet friendly room so it was fine, but when booking online make sure you also call the hotel to ensure they have a pet friendly room!
