Lovely hotel in a good location, but the food needs improvement.

Ne znam da li sam možda imala prevelika očekivanja, ali iskreno sam se razočarala.

Osoblje je zaista jako ljubazno — od recepcije, preko djevojke koja dočekuje goste na doručku, pa sve do mladih momaka koji poslužuju doručak. Za osoblje definitivno 10/10!

Hotel jeste lijep i uređen, ali s obzirom na cijenu koju smo platili, očekivala sam ipak malo više. Nedostaje neki „touch“ koji bi dao osjećaj da se zaista nalaziš u skupom i luksuznom hotelu.

Nažalost, dobar service i ljubazno osoblje mogu se dobiti i u mnogim drugim hotelima, ali po znatno pristupačnijoj cijeni. Upravo zbog toga smatram da je cijena ovog hotela previsoka u odnosu na ono što nudi.

Nazalost bazen je bio zatvoren - i mislim da bi se to trebali navesti pri narucivanju

Great staff and we are looking to always visit that hotel whenever we come to Bosnia.
Pros:

Second year back at same hotel, very clean snd friendly staff.

Cons:

In bathroom the drain seemed clogged and water would not drain for a while. Maybe unclogging the drains in the rooms would fix the concern

Pros:

Hospitality of the staff cleaning the rooms, the staff in the kitchen and the restaurant. The SPA center is excellent.

Cons:

The smell in the rooms and corridors has died down. It's as if the air in them doesn't change.
