Pros:

The hotel had modern facilities
Service is great
Breakfast varied and service attentive
The spa area is pleasant with a large pool, sauna and hammam. I used the gym which has decent equipment

Location was amazing, the room was super spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. Included breakfast was super nice!

Great stay in Sarajevo
Pros:

Great hotel very clean organized with attentive staff, excellent breakfast. It’s 30min walk from old town but easy to do or by taxi is less than 10min. SPA is just great!

Cons:

Close by there are not too many options for restaurants however old town is close and there you find plenty

Amazing experience! The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous—truly among the best service I’ve encountered in Europe. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the location is superb. Overall, the hotel feels far more luxurious than the price would suggest. Highly recommended!

Alt var godt, rent og flot. De har et meget serviceminded og venligt personale. Et af de bedste hoteller jeg har været på.
Gode seng, rummelige værelse og en flot udsigt over Sarajevo og bjergene. 10 ud af 10. Alt var perfekt.
