Facility clean, staff friendly and welcoming and room clean…. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:

The facility was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming. Linen was clean and the queen beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

The let out bed was not comfortable at all.. I could not sleep wand up leaving during the night due to discomfort and unable to sleep in the bed… Also didn’t like the inconvenience of having to go back downstairs for the bedding for the let out couch, I felt bedding could have been left in the room prior to customer check.

We will not stay at that hotel again.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The breakfast was cold. The fire alarms went off both mornings we were there. We had to change rooms, due to noise. Just was not the experience we had hoped for. The sofa bed was awful! There was no padding and you could feel the coils.

Nice room, very clean ,friendly staff

Cons:

One thing is they made the decision to remove coffeemakers from rooms which is a bad idea as in the morning there is a considerable backlog of people trying to get coffee in lobby, and the machines they have grind the coffee first and then brew, taking longer to get coffee, Also as it was the 4th of July weekend there were so many families with kids that the hot breakfast simply not keep up. If you did get something there was no place to sit as it was full, The staff did the best they could!
