Go-to hotel in Seoul!
Pros:

My go-to hotel whenever I visit Seoul! It is conveniently located near to Hongik University station (Exit 5) and the AREX station. Exit 4 is very useful on rainy days as it connects to the hotel directly with shelter. There is also a lift near AK Plaza which you can use if you are travelling with luggages and prefer not to use the escalator.

Best location.
Pros:

Holiday Inns are always comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Early checkin was amazing. Thank you for that.

Cons:

Breakfast could improve in terms of variety. Same or similar food daily provided. Only one kind of meat option. Bakery was ok, mediocre. I liked the Holiday Inn hotel in Shanghai for its breakfast. I accidentally ordered queen bed, asked for a possibility to change it to twin bed, not possible. Its my mistake, so its ok.

Good hotel in a great location
Pros:

A very nice hotel! The location is amazing: same building as the AK Plaza, on the main street of Hongdae, with a public transportation for the entire city and both of the airports in Seoul. The staff is speaking English quite well, and assisted us with anything we needed.

Cons:

Our air conditioner stopped working, and our room became really hot and suffocating. The staff gave us right away a new air conditioner even though they couldn't fix it.

Except for that, nothing bad to say.
