The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great outdoor area for sitting back and relaxing.
Our AC was not working at all the first night, moved us to a new room which was great. During the night the AC was blowing cold but kept banging loudly.

Elevators out of service. The alarm clock and room phone didn’t work.

Everything was clean and spacious enough for my family of four. Kitchen was well-stocked. They graciously gave us a late check out. Possibly the best part for us, though, was that my son accidentally left a sentimental piece of jewelry behind, and when I called the next day to ask about it they had it! We would definitely stay here again.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
We were greeted every time we came in the door. At time of checking the girl on the front counter was very nice and communicative. We had a fantastic experience
Everything you need is here, cleanliness, friendly staff and the coffee is always hot and a wonderful variety of breakfast! It never disappoints!!

The entire hotel was spotless and smelled of pinesol, the dinner and breakfast was great and everyone was very accommodating to my entire family!
The pool had some dirt in it, Ty Was notified and corrected it immediately!
