Pros:

I always stay here when i come to KL.
The room has everything i need and the staff are great.
Check in was easy and the staff are always contactable.
The hotel is very close to the Bukit nanas monorail stop (5 min walk) and
the hotel ground floor also now has 3 convenience stores for any groceries you might want.

Perfect for a few days in KL!
Pros:

Nice spacious apartment with tv and good aircon. The balcony was lovely to have and had a good view, could see the Petronas Twin Towers. Location was really good, close to 2 malls and several metro stations-really easy to navigate.
Bathroom was nice and clean, decent shower.
Staff even looked after our bags for us for the day when we had an evening bus, very nice of them.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything was great! They definitely improved since our last stay. Check in and out were so easy. Room has all you need for only for a short stay. They replied very fast to make sure you have the best experience. The location itself is perfect and the residency has many shops and cafes downstairs. Highly recommend!

Pros:

위치가 거의중앙이고 걸을수있다면 관광지가 걷는거리이긴하나 더워서 걸을순없었음 수영장이 깔끔하고 좋았음

모하나요청하면 피드백이없음
수건이랑 휴지 오전에 요청했는데 오후6시가다되도록안와서 계속얘기함 온수기고장나서 그날 샤워못하고 담날오전에 수리하러오겠다했는데 마찬가지 안옴 또 닥달해서 와서 고치고감 방청소 안해줌 요청해야함 걸어두면한다는데 보러안다님 결국데스크에다 일일이얘기해야함 아물론 레지던스다보니 매번치워주는건 의무라고생각안함 근데 그럴꺼면 쓰레기처리방식이라든지 알려줘야된다고 생각함 방에 쓰레기는 쌓여가는데 엘베근처 쓰레기장에 버리라고하는데 어딘지도모르겠고.

Gut für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, nicht für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Ausblick auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, bequeme Betten, geräumige Wohnung.
Waschmittel wurde schnell zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kaputt. Duschschlauch wurde relativ zeitnah repariert. Keine Balkonmöbel, Klimaanlage hat von oben getropft. Kommunikation hat leider im Verlauf nachgelassen. Infos über Pool und Fitnesscenter könnten im Zimmer hinterlegt werden.

Шикарные апартаменты, очень понравилось все. Сотрудники оперативно решали все вопросы

Cons:

Бассейн не видовой, если хочется красивых фоточек на фоне небоскребов, то не отсюда. И вода по мне прохладная была
