AVOID THIS HOST AND THEIR LISTINGS! Terrible communication and lack of alternatives.

The difficulty in contacting the host of the property. Despite contacting the host a week in advance before the stay, neither any decided to return the message until I arrived at the property, which was met with a sudden cancellation of the stay due to "no water" within the unit. No alternative rooms were provided because? They couldn't even provide me with an actual excuse for the lack of alternatives.
When I landed and arrived at the location to meet with the host, neither any of them would answer their messages via Booking.com. The contact number provided was also false, as contacting the number resulted in the host not picking up, and on the third call, they claimed I have gotten the wrong number and they are not associated with this property at all.
When finally contacting customer services, the host decided to reply with an unprofessional and lack of proofreading message. The message was terribly written with no proper excuse. The audacity to only contact the guest a few hours after arriving into the location, to inform about a cancellation which could have been done earlier in the morning when checking with the property.

Cons:

They change me from another room to another room. The first room was no WiFi. TV cannot connect to the given WiFi. Room smell old.

And when it comes to the second room, the light in the toilet making a big noise. Washing machine really big and not able to close the door of it, so when you cooking in the kitchen really irritating by the washing machine door.

Main door broken and looks old, linens are too old and the bed sheet is bleeding and didn’t wash well.

Place not so convenience. You have to walk to find restaurants..
