Baltic Design Apartments with free parking and self check-in

Overall nice experince, It would have been nice if I could get all the information couple of days earlier to know what I need to know. For parking you need to have a cell phone to call a specific number and I did not have it had to buy a SIM in order to avail the parking.

The apartment is new and nicely furbished. Location is great. Kitchen is functional, and bathroom is clean. Check in and out was easy to complete. Bed is small, certainly not for two people. The towels are completely disgusting, bring your own unless you want to have moldy smell all over your face. Host is not rude, but dont expect him to do anything out of the usual beyond forwarding check in and check out instructions. For anything else, you're on your own. He wont even reply.

It been average room when compared to cost. I would suggest other to opt for hotel

Gillar designen på lägenheten personalen väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Hade problem med hotels appen då personalen hade skickad information om hotellet men den kom aldrig fram till mig i appen. Men personalen fanns på plats och visade allt och berättade allt. Själva rummet fin och ren, finna möbler men kylskåpet längst ner var rost på men inget som störde oss. Bra kommunikation till kommunal trafik väldigt många bussar som går mot stan.

Uppleva på den lägenhet, var det inte alls bekväm för en familj med barn. Läget är dåligt, ligger det mitt i ett stor aveny som gör mycket oljud under nätter. Inget luft konditionering i lägenhet, omöjligt att andas under natten främst. Möblerna är gamla, omöjligt att sova på den bäddsoffan.

Nice, clean comfortable apartment not far from the city center helped us experience living in Riga almost like locals. Word of advice for the future renters: call the phone number provided before you arrive to the property, you will receive a set of check-in instructions that will make the whole process so much smoother.

Bra rum för en natt men det var byggnadsarbete utanför som täckte den fina utsikten. Det gjorde inte så mycket för oss men hade varit trevligt att veta.

Leider war der Vermieter nicht vor Ort und wir wurden im Vorhinein nicht darauf hingewiesen. Die Unterkunft war schlecht zu finden, und die Hausnummer hat mehrere Eingänge. Es gab weder eine Klingel noch ein Türschild mit einem Hinweis auf Baltic Design Appartments.

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet, aber die Ausstattung ist nicht so umfangreich wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Appartment hatte weder den gebuchten Blick über die Stadt, noch gab es eine Waschmaschine.

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gute Vorschläge für unsere Ausflüge gegeben.

Good location and good communication. The size of the apartment was a bit small for 2 adults and two kids, but at all it was a pleasant trip. :)

La chambre était très belle et bien agencée. C'était très correct pour deux personnes pour un court séjour (pas de rangements). Cependant, l'organisation était catastrophique :
-La devanture de l'appart hôtel était délabrée et n'indiquait en rien l'établissement (donc impossible à trouver sans gps, et impossible de rentrer puisqu'il fallait un code)
-Nous avons failli finir SDF à Riga en plein mois de décembre car le propriétaire a décidé de surbooker son hôtel car selon lui nous n'avions pas payé assez cher pour la nuit du nouvel an. Nous avons donc dû changer d'hôtel pour la fin de notre séjour (ce qui a été possible grâce à Expedia qui a su gérer toutes nos galères, sinon nous aurions probablement dormi dehors sous un pont, puisqu'il était impossible de discuter avec le responsable qui ne voulait rien entendre).

Отличное расположение (20 минут до центра пешком, в округе множество кафкшек и магазинов), в номере чисто и уютно. В номере есть памятка с рекомендациями по магазинам и кафешкам. При заселении общался с Томом - очень приятный и отзывчивый человек, рассказал по текущим мероприятиям в городе и куда стоит сходить. В целом очень доволен, в следущий раз в Риге точно здесь остановлюсь!

Not so friendly or helpful owners, was no bottled water upon arrival, although it was stated there should be and I was told that I have to buy my own toilet paper which I have never experienced before. No cleaning during the stay. The stay itself was okay, the location is not bad and it was quiet, however it would not be my first choice next time.

Good experience, easy to reach by walking or by public transportation from the old town and the bus/train station.

Not really in the old town, but atleast for me that was a positive thing.. Close to trendy food places :)

Simply make sure to contact the place in advance, so they know when you arrive and bring you the key!

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage. In diesem Viertel gibt es fußläufig nette Cafés und Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hatte viele Tipps!

He forgot my booking and acted like it was my fault. I showed up and everything was full. He then put me in a room but I couldn't check in until 8 PM and he made me walk there with my luggage. He told me I was lucky to catch him before he got home because he wouldn't have helped me find the other room for the night. No sense of customer service.

First, phone was switched off, then later that evning, when phone was switched on they did not answer, in the morning, they called back, and sayed, that we did not arrive, and they canceld our staying, so, i was without bed in fully booked Riga, and no one cared, and did not get to the apartment even next day. and now 2 days after the booking date they sent me email where the key is...
