Pros:

お部屋広くて、浴槽にも浸かれてリラックス出来ました。又、繁華街にも近くて利便性良かったです。

Cons:

お部屋の出入り口に大きなキャリーバッグが置いてあり、周りの環境が余り良くないなと感じました。

better than I expected
Pros:

They keep the place clean all the time
The public bath is small but perfect and nice
The provide products in the rooms and in the kitchen as Coffee miso soup and tea

Cons:

it was all pleasant

These are superficial things but I say them for information

the pillow was uncomfortable but there were some available of different textures and shapes

I wish there were shavers in the girls' rooms too (my brother said there were in the boys' rooms).
I would have liked to use the sink in the kitchen and some cutlery

Good location, fun clean capsule experience, helpful staff.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the shower and bathroom facilities. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like how noisy neighbors who snore heavily can disrupt the peace and quiet in your own capsule. This neighbor was not considerate of others while sharing close sleeping proximity to other guests. Capsule only has a curtain therefore sound insulation is not the best. The capsule does get a bit hot due to lack of air ventilation.
