금강비치모텔을 당장 익스피디아 회원에서 탈퇴시키세요.
금강비치모텔은 예약 가능한 호실을 소개해 놓고 제가 예약을 하였고, 현장에 도착하니 이미 예약이 된 호실이라면서 방2개를 주겠다고 하면서 양해를 구한다고 했습니다.
이해가 가질않아 제가 예약된 내용을 보여주었더니 다른 이유를 대면서 죄송하다는 말만 하는데 이렇게 고객을 기만해도 되는 겁니까?
미끼상품처럼 괜찮은 호실을 예약 가능한 것처럼 띄워놓고 예약한 후 현장에 가니 예약이 되었다는 식으로 사기치고 변명같지 않은 변명을 하면서 양해만 구한다고 하니 비는 오는데 다른 곳으로 이동할 수 없어 어쩔 수 없이 다른 방을 이용했는데 이건 아니죠. 당장 회원자격 취소하는 것이 저같은 피해자를 예방하는데 도움이 될 겁니다.

Pros:

넓고 좋았어요.간이주방은 개별이 아니고 1층 스낵바형식이라 불편했지만.그럭저럭....방은 따뜻하고 아침 창밖 뷰가 좋네요...

Pros:

휴대폰을 떨어뜨려 찾느라 침대 아래를 봤더니 먼지가 뭉텅이로 보였어요.
다른 곳은 깨끗해 보였습니다.
그래도 침구가 깨끗해서 괜찮았네요.
