Pros:

Near to airport - had morning flight so was perfect!

Cons:

towels too small. Maybe need to put more than one towel per person. Otherwise excellent

Depending on your needs, this could be a good to excellent plance for you.
Pros:

It was a pleasant, well organized guest room in a quiet residential neighbor. Everything was handled on-line, did not meet any staff. Additional directions were in the lobby and in the room (including local restaurants). A few restaurants and a produce market were in walking distance. Also in walking distance was a mini mall with a pharmacy and a nice restaurant we enjoyed.

Cons:

For my wife and I, everything was very good to excellent. The room had a bed and bathroom, small desk, small refrigerator. It was clean and modern looking, A filtered water machine was in the lobby. I believe there were packets for both coffee and tea.
We are both senior citizens, so we were concerned about taking suitcases up the stairs to the second floor. But we did OK!

Pros:

Slightly hard to reach from airport because you need to go around whole airport. But quality and hospitality of the hosts are the best. Very clean and cozy rooms.
