Simple but characterful accommodation
Pros:

Quirky no-friills accommodation in decent location. There’s no front desk, but Anabeth was exceptionally helpful in sending check-in instructions and a friendly welcome.

Cons:

Though it’s now changed its name and is part of a group specialising in offering space for remote workers, it was previously advertised as a boutique hotel which gave the wrong impression. It’s not that..

El mejor lugar para hospedarse en La Baja y en Todos Santos! Los cuartos son espaciosos, impecables, con aire acondicionado y muy cómodos! Los baños son limpios y bien equipados! Cuenta con terraza y cowork, cocina super completa y comedor! La alberca es perfecta y el gimnasio muy pro! El mejor lugar de todos santos! Aparte de que la decoración esta super y la ubicación también! Gran atención del anfitrión y su equipo! Seguridad en la propiedad y privacidad

Ist schon schön gemacht, viele nette Details. Sehr nettes Personal. Große Geminschaftsküche, viele lauschige Plätze zum Verweilen. Sauberkeit gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hat ein Strohdach, teilweise mit kleinen Löchern. Somit schön warm, da hilft auch keine Klima. Besser auch kein Licht machen, Mücken

Enjoyed our 2 night stay!
Pros:

Clean room with great shower. There are lots of nice communal spaces. The kitchen is great - large and fully equipped. They provide drinking water.

Staff are super friendly especially Kevin who was super helpful during check in and spoke excellent English.

The location is great there are some good restaurants close (5 mins) walking and it is 20 minute walk to the centre of Todos Santos. You can easily park your car right outside on the road.

It was one of the cheapest properties we could find in the area and I think it is excellent value.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable.

La onda de todo, la habitación novedosa

Cons:

Que no ofrezca opción de desayuno el precio es un poco alto, pero todo en la región es caro . Falló el agua caliente en la mañana pero si funcionó en la noche. Según el Hotel, esto no es normal
