Could do much better, overall not recommended

Nit the best area, hotel seems like it is the middle of nowhere but there are a few hotels close by next to each other. Check in wasn't a great experience as the check in clerk stayed onthe phone for 10 mins while we were standing around not really understanding what was happening. Biggest letdown was the room decor, very dated, no hand or bath towels provided and no instructions in the room were provided to instruct us what to do if we needed something for example what number to call for reception. Hotel has potential but clearly needs better management. Poisitves were thatbrhe service provided bybthe bell boys was good and that it is located just 10 mins away from Jeddah airport which is what we used it for as we only stayed until early hours of the morning before flying out from Jeddah Airport

Pros:

One of the most disappointing experience. No water, no towels. Crew and management are careless and insult the customers. They can not afford more than 2 persons in a room. No proper beds. No room service. When I tried to get water from cafeteria they told me that reception is unable to arrange even 1 small water bottles and I arranged dinner and water from outside

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.I had a few problems communicating with the language barrier but that’s my fault as I’m in their country.
