Pros:

Breakfast should be provided as it was complementary but they didn't provide us and they also didn't provide the specific room which was booked. Terrific service.

Pros:

There is no display of seatree name on property, dirty rooms,basic amenities missing like soap water etc.. ,leaking bathrooms, mosquitoes infestation which makes it impossible to sleep, staff asking for tips dispite all this.
Horrible experience for family to stay.

I don't like room service, room type, cleanliness. They don't found hot water during my trip. Food quality is also bad.
