Bad experience with the staff
Pros:

The room smells awful, the housekeeping doesn’t clean properly,drinking glasses are stain and looks dirty, bad experience! I will not come back here! This is not the value of the money i am paying

Decent Stay but Needs Improvement
Pros:

I stayed in February, and overall, the experience was good. The room was a bit small but comfortable. However, the shower needed some fixing, which was a bit inconvenient.

The biggest issue was the service at the reception. I had requested an airport drop-off at 6 AM, and it was confirmed. But when my friend double-checked, they said it was not confirmed. This was really disappointing and caused unnecessary stress. The staff needs to pay more attention to customer requests to ensure a smooth experience.

If they improve these issues, it could be a much better place to stay.

Old bad sheet are torn sink faucet leaking water, plug, and mole and room are smell air condition. Don’t work. Good Wi-Fi very bad.

Hard to find this hotel, it is situated inside the area of markets. Taxi was hard up looking for it then dropped us far. We spend an hour walking in circle asking for direction . Called the hotel and the lady sound not happy, disgusted explaining where to go etc. Finally a vendor brought us to the hotel
check in, lady staff insisted i should upgrade my room because we are 3. I explained i booked the room for family of 3 which is more expensive than the other rooms. I replied in that case i have to call Expedia. Guy listening talked to her in their language and i heard he mentioned Expedia.. Expedia..etc . then they said ok.
Room is ok, no fridge. Aircon not as cold as it can be. Shower is very weak, literally you have to hold shower inorder to get wet. Cockroaches noted inside room and bathroom but hotel is located Central where cockroaches are everywhere.
Location is good if you are shopping for business pr shopping inexpensive. Staff are nice to let the customers weigh and pack their items at the main floor. Street foods everywhere around the hotel.
Staff as days go by were nicer as we approached them first with positiveness.
If you are in Bangkok to buy and sell, this is a good location for u.

Near Pratunam
Pros:

Had an absolutely nice time in Thailand. They check in process really fast. The receptionist staff was really nice and helpful, they also help us to scale our luggages and give us information about places to go. It’s close with shopping center, good experience to go.

I'm stay total 4night unfortunately there is 2night leak of water supply, luckily boss management did arranged the water but have to wait the timing which it no convenient at all.
Location ok but the room soundproof very poor.

Good Place to Shop and EAT
Pros:

If you guys like to buy things, shopping clothes for cheap prices with standard material products, this is exactly the place for you, also nearby 7eleven and a lot of foods. They give us a room at new building, clean and satisfied.

Some staff are nice, but some are unfriendly. Maps not provided. Have to walk out to get taxis. Hotel is very BASIC. No phone in room, so have to go all the way down to reception

Schmick, Affordable and Convenient.
Pros:

Starting with all the basic amenities wifi, service, stock ups everything up to the mark. I am a huge shopping freak so I always talk my husband staying at Pratunam cause that's where all the good stuff happens. We have stayed at average hotels before which was obviously what we paid for but this time we didn't book for the full holiday and went on for a hotel hunt after strolling the whole night in search of a hotel we just found THE ONE right next to the hotel we were staying in. With the location, the rooms and convenience truly worth paying $30 more than other "hotels" in Pratunam which are not even Motel standards at their best.
