Pros:

The Beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

There were holes in the walls, which already gave a poor impression of the room’s condition. In addition, we could clearly hear a mouse inside the wall. Although we never actually saw it, the noise was very loud and disturbing, especially at night.
This situation raised serious concerns about maintenance and we did not feel comfortable during our stay. We informed a staff member about the issue, but unfortunately there was no reaction

Dobra lokalizacja, w spokojniejszej ulicy jednak nadal było wszędzie blisko. Nie było słychać zgiełku miasta i można było się wyspać! Personel hotelu bardzo pomocny, cały czas kontakt na Whatsapp, na miejscu można kupić też wycieczki.

L'emplacement, le personnel aux petits soins, bon petit déjeuner,bon conseil pour les trips sauf la réservation du train couchette prévu initialement que pour nous 4 personnes et on s'est retrouvé dans une cabine 6 couchettes dont les 2 lits du bas étaient réservées à d'autres et nous de se retrouver en haut donc impossible à 77 ans d'y accéder

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter le vieux Hanoi. Du personnel au Top et trés disponible. Petit déjeuner très bien. Chambre très correcte.

Reasonable low budget stay
Pros:

Great location, reasonable for the price range. If you don't mind rooms without windows, you'll be fine (or you might get the rooms with window)

Cons:

Cleaning products used in lobby area give an off-putting smell that lingers for a while. Coffee tea at breakfast needed reheating but staff happy to do that when prompted
