Lovely, a superb Suffolk retreat
Pros:

The setting is beautiful. It has a lovely retreat vibe. We instantly relaxed. The food, facilities and room were superb. Although it felt a little regimented pre scheduling in bikes and spa facilities - once we were there it flowed lovely and we like that we got to use these facilities privately!
Food was lovely, so much on the menu and cooked to perfection. Room was comfy and had everything we needed.

Cons:

If I had to pick a downside it would be reception when we arrived. We waited 15-20 minutes for someone to realise we were there. There was a sign on reception to say they were busy and we could hear them on the phone out the back but it would have been nice to quickly acknowledge us. A gent on one of the buggy’s, perhaps a grounds worker, passed by and saw us waiting and instead checked us in and showed us to our barn which we were really grateful for.

Great place for a relax and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Everything especially how cosy and clean to a high standard. Breakfast was great and dinner. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Parking was sometimes difficult nearby and it was a walk from the car park.

hot tub is great. friendly staff. great food in restaurant and continental breakfast was excellent. nice setting

Cons:

restaurant service for food and drinks was a little slow and 12.5% service charge automatically added (although optional, but very embarrassing to take that off) seems over the top.
