EXCEPTIONAL
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Room cleanliness, breakfast was nice and varied!
Staff was also exceptional, went above and beyond for us. We kept getting stranded at Colico due to train delays and missing the last bus to the hotel, and the staff offered to pick us up. It was such a stress relief and made us feel very special!

Cons:

Nothing towards the hotel! Was just public transport being difficult!

Pros:

Líbilo se nám vše.Místo ubytování ,výhled na jezero jak z pokoje(balkonu),tak z bazénu. Velice milá obsluha ,perfektní snídaně,úklid pokoje a na recepci vám mile rádi se vším poradí (kam na dobrou večeři,co určitě vidět v okolí...).
Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Není co vytknout vše na jedničku.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach rundum super. Das Team ist mega, mit ihrer freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und familiären Art werten sie alles nochmals auf.
Alles ist total sauber und beim Frühstück wurde alles sofort wieder aufgefüllt, falls etwas leer war. Es gab sogar auf Wunsch frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitete Eierspeisen. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und die Preis-Leistung ist einfach unschlagbar. Der täglich gepflegte Garten ist ein kleines Schmuckstück. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos bzw. noch schöner.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Nichts. Wir wussten, dass die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft. Aber selbst am Pool hat uns das nicht all zu sehr genervt. Für die teils lauten Mororradfahrer kann das Hotel schließlich nichts und im Zimmer, wenn die Balkontür geschlossen war, hat man nichts gehört. Also für uns war das kein negativer Punkt.

Excellent location and facilities
Pros:

Good view of lake Como, good pool. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Minibar in room and also pool bar very good value for money. Close to several bars and restaurants. Good car park. Hotel seemed quite new.

Cons:

Some noise from the road when outside (not when in the rooms), but did not impact overall.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli első osztályú. a szobánk tiszta volt és kénylemes. Gyönyörű kilátás az erkélyről. Könnyű megközelíthetőség.

Cons:

Sajnos nem volt feltűntetve,hogy a wellness részleg használatáért külön kell fizetni. Így is szerettük volna használni felár ellenében de nem tudtuk,hogy két órával előtte már le kell foglalni és legkésőbb 18.00 órakkor kell szólni mert az utolsó turnus 20.00-21.00 így lemaradtunk róla. egyébként 30Euro/óra a használati díj.
