Le Grand Hotel Beck

The Hotel location, the place is marvelous, but need renovation and new management.

The only thing that kept me from leaving the hotel was the staffs; from kitchen to the front desk, all the employees ate the one that kept the hotel alive. I came from united states I expected to have a air conditioning room. That was not provided , it works 1 out of my 7 day stays.
I went there to use a swimming pool; not one day did i use it cause it was not ready and until i left my stay it wasnt ready.
Even water(drinking water, they provided 2 bottle of water a day and some days i go they didnt have any water. I went on a vacation it wasnt a boot camp to be on limited services that i paid for.
I really wasnt happy especially with the nightly charge i was charged to stay in such bad service.

When I make my reservation we tell me airport shuttle includes there is no bus in the property I had to pay $50 US from the airport to the hotel when I leaving I pay $30 US to go back to the airport. There was no restaurant in the property me and been stay hungry and go in the road to by food. That not go happen again there is no service here.

This property is to hold the need to do maintenance inside and outside. Specialty inside, the ceiling is very bad and the door keys doesn’t work properly.the breakfast needs to be upgraded.

I don’t have a key word to say how happy I was At Beck Hotel. The new manager is very friendly willing to listen and act very fast.
Start from the security guards, front desk to the chef I was speechless breakfast very delicious, nice room and very quiet beautiful view

The room was dusty ,walls dirty ,no screens on the windows so I was biten by mosquitoes every night.the air was shut off every night at 6 am and not turned on until 9:30 at night there’s no microwave in the room ,no bar .breakfast was good but it was the same every day there’s no restaurant like it says staff is not very friendly except for the young man who checked us in and the young lady who cleaned the room

nice place to stay but they need more professional for service.they Chef is great nice food, and the served very fast .I thanks all staffs ,we need to to provide more service in the room .thanks again.

Not well maintained.

This hotel has no AC, no hot water, limited TV channel. Breakfast was the same everyday. No entertainment on site. I rate it 1 star because the wifi was decent. Not worth the listed price.

Grand Hotel Beck is an excellent place to stay at Cap-Haitien. But, my experience at check-in was not enjoyable at all.

The check-in clerk was not welcoming us; her face showed us that we were not welcome. Also, there was a currency problem; the prices are in USD, and she wanted to charge my international visa card in gourdes at a rate higher than that of the central bank. To avoid international transaction fees and make it easier for them, I had to use Expedia to pay them.

I was in room 106; a group of customers had a discussion in front of my door during the night up to 11h00 AM. I was not able to sleep well.

Nothing is good about this hotel no restaurant no entertainment no hot water the room dirty no transportation everything is wrong

The service is not of quality and poor, the staff is not too professional

I was told it was closed because of the pandemic but It still does not look open for the clients: no services are available

There is no management focus. There was a shortage of water in the bathroom. The shower system is inoperable.. The poolside room we paid for is under maintenance. The swimming pool is not functioned. It is all mess
We should have our money back.
